According to insiders they spoke to Page Sixnot only is it Miley Cyrus worried, but Noah Cyrus is worried too, expressing that she loves Billy Ray "unconditionally" and "wants the best for him."

The Liberty Ball performance, held in Washington, quickly became the subject of concern and controversy. Billy Ray looked disheveled as he struggled through his short set, which he later blamed on technical difficulties. In the middle of his performance of "Achy Breaky Heart", Cyrus faced problems with his guitar.

"I can't hear you? Do you hear him?” he asked the crowd before turning to the crew. “Anybody back there? Can someone turn my guitar back on? We will sing some more.”

Social media users expressed their disapproval, with many suggesting that technical difficulties were only part of the problem.

"Billy Ray Cyrus performing at Donald Trump's inaugural Liberty Ball is an epic disaster," wrote one person on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Another added: “That Billy Ray Cyrus performance at the Liberty Ball was absolutely lame. Worst piece of crap I've seen in a while.”

A third user chimed in: "Looks like Billy Ray Cyrus had a lot more than just TECHNICAL PROBLEMS going on at the Liberty Ball right now!"
