Following a few touching photos of her getting cozy with CARL, the singer concluded with a heartfelt message that revealed the depth of her grief.

"This really broke my heart," she wrote. "See you in the next life, my boy. God really broke out with this creature."

While Kesha did not reveal Carl's age or the cause of his death, her words hinted at the shock and pain of the unexpected loss.
