Khloé Kardashian shares her thoughts on cheating and why she doesn't take it personal

according to PEOPLEA new episode of Kardashian's podcast was released on Wednesday, January 22. In the episode, the mother of two spoke to Jay Shetty about the subject of infidelity and living with past partners.

"I know what they did to me wasn't about me" he seems to have explained. "I know this was about them, and they have a past trauma that they've never healed from."

While speaking, Kardashian explained that she asked past partners why they decided to cheat.

"'Oh, my parents or I come from a broken home." There's always something like that." he told Shetty. "It's never about an instant relationship."

Kardashian also explained that her family, her "core circle" and her relationship with God have allowed her to overcome frustrating situations.

"I learned it wasn't about me," he said "I used to learn life lessons from that person."

The reality star recently reunited with one of her exes

According to the outlet, Kardashian's four-year marriage to Lamar Odom was "riddled with rumors of infidelity." However, Kardashian apparently bears no ill will.

"No matter what someone did to me, I was never manipulative or trying to do the same," he said on the podcast.
