The newly surfaced footage disputes claims made in Lively's lawsuit, which accuses Baldoni of sexual harassment and misconduct, including impromptu physical interactions and inserting gratuitous sexual content into the film without prior consent.

"Justin Baldoni and his lawyer may hope this latest ploy will get ahead of the damaging evidence against him, but I've seen it doomsday.
