Blake Lively slams Justin Baldoni's 'It Ends With Us' raw footage

Blake Lively condemned her colleague from the series "It Ends With Us". Justin Baldoni after releasing a 10-minute raw clip of a key scene from their film.

The actor's legal team released the video in an attempt to refute Lively's sexual harassment claims in her lawsuit.

However, according to a new report, Blake Lively is happy that Justin Baldoni released the video, as she believes it proves she was sexually harassed and shows how uncomfortable she was during the scene.

Baldoni released footage from his film set with Lively on Tuesday, showing interactions between the actors, which his legal team says dispute Lively's Dec. 20 sexual harassment allegations against her co-star and the director.

However, in a lengthy statement, Lively's lawyers welcomed the release of the video, insisting it proved the allegations made in the actress' lawsuit.

They said TMJ: "Justin Baldoni and his attorney may hope this latest ploy gets ahead of the damaging evidence against him, but I've seen it doomsday. Every frame of the released footage confirms, to the letter, what Ms. Lively described in paragraph 48 of her complaint."

"The video shows Mr. Baldoni repeatedly leaning toward Ms. Lively, trying to kiss her, kissing her forehead, rubbing his face and mouth against her neck, thumbing her lips, caressing her, telling her how good she smells, and talking to her outside of character," the lawyers continued. In a statement, Lively's lawyers claimed that Baldoni "improvised" the scene and made the actress feel uncomfortable, as there was allegedly no previous conversation.

They also noted that while Lively and Baldoni were colleagues, the actor was also the director and her "employer," implying a power imbalance.

The lawyers said: "Every moment of this was improvised by Mr. Baldoni without prior discussion or consent, and without an intimacy coordinator present. Mr. Baldoni was not only Ms. Lively's colleague, but also Ms. Lively's director, head of studio and boss."

According to the legal team, the actress leaning into Baldoni in the scene was not an act, as she apparently felt "discomfort" after allegedly being touched without consent.

"The video shows Ms. Lively leaning over and repeatedly asking the characters to just talk," Lively's attorneys continued. "Any woman who has been touched inappropriately in the workplace will recognize Ms. Lively's discomfort. She will recognize her flippant attempts to try to reject unwanted touching. No woman should have to take defensive measures to avoid being touched by her employer without their consent."

As previously reported The Blastfootage from the set of "It Ends With Us," shared by Baldoni's team and obtained by news outlets, captures a scene in which Lively, 37, and Baldoni, 40, film a slow-motion montage of their characters, Lily and Ryle, dancing without dialogue .

The video shows the two chatting out of character and exchanging jokes about Baldoni's nose and Lively's tan.

In Lively's legal complaint, she alleged that during a "contentious dance scene," Baldoni "leaned forward and slowly moved his lips from her ear and down her neck and said, 'It smells so good.'"

However, Lively is seen in the video seemingly joking about Baldonia getting a spray tan, to which he laughed and replied: "Smells good."

In his $400 million counterclaim, Baldoni accuses Lively of suggesting he undergo plastic surgery to change his nose.

Up until this point, the raw footage includes co-stars making light-hearted remarks about Baldoni's nose, and Lively jokingly mentioning plastic surgery.

Following the release of the 10-minute clip, Baldoni's team announced plans to launch a website to address and refute Lively's allegations of misconduct behind the scenes on the set of "It Ends With Us."

"Justin Baldoni and the team have nothing to hide and this proves it once again," it was announced People Magazine reads. "It is important that everyone involved 'has the right to defend themselves with the truth' and that is what we will continue to show on the upcoming website containing all the correspondence as well as the relevant videos refuting her claims."

The planned website will reportedly provide detailed correspondence and additional videos to counter Lively's allegations.

Baldoni also filed a $400 million defamation suit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds and her publicist, alleging defamation, extortion and many other claims.

The actor has struck out before The New York Times with a $250 million defamation lawsuit, alleging the publication helped push Lively's "unverified and self-serving narrative."

Shortly after Baldoni's $400 million lawsuit, Lively's lawyers hit back at the actor and accused him of using "DARVO" tactics against his co-star.

"This latest lawsuit by Justin Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios and its associates is another chapter in the bully's book," Lively's lawyers said. Daily Mail.

They continued: "This is the age-old story: a woman comes forward with concrete evidence of sexual harassment and retaliation, and the abuser tries to turn the tables on the victim. This is what experts call DARVO. Denial. Assault. Reverse Victim Perpetrator."

The lawyers added that Baldoni's lawsuit is "retaliation" for Lively's earlier lawsuit and that his legal team is "attempting to shift the narrative to Ms. Lively by falsely claiming that she took creative control and alienated the cast from Mr. Baldoni."
