Diddy's lawyers claim innocence based on 'Freak Off' tapes

Shapiro's acknowledgment that Diddy has a good legal team is no exaggeration as the rapper's lawyers tried to prove their mettle last week.
Diddy's defense team said they have viewed several of his "wacky" tapes collected by police and claim the tapes prove the acts were consensual.
TMJ reported that the record producer's legal team named his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, as "Victim-1" in court documents and claimed the footage depicted "private sexual activity between adult adults in a long-term relationship."
They also claimed that Cassie consented to the act and "thoroughly enjoyed it", adding that she was "obviously happy, dominant and completely in control" in the sex tapes.
According to Diddy's legal team, the footage did not show sexual encounters as claimed by his accusers. Instead, they showed "adults having consensual sex, plain and simple."

The embattled rapper's legal team claims the footage shows 'No hidden cameras'

Diddy's defense attorney also said Cassie kept the "freak off" tapes and turned them over to the police.
They therefore denied that the tapes were seized from his homes in Miami and Los Angeles when they were raided in March 2024.
The lawyers also argued that there were no hidden cameras and no minors during the rampages.
According to court documents, they said: "There are no hidden cameras, no orgies, no other celebrities, no underground tunnels, no minors, no hint of coercion or violence. Certainly no evidence of sex trafficking."
