While the "Gossip Girl" star accused the director of sexual harassment and creating a smear campaign to destroy her career, he accused her of trying to wrest creative control of the film from him and isolate the cast and crew with fabricated claims.

Although some pretty shocking claims and alleged text messages leaked to the media due to their court filings, Baldoni didn't seem too concerned as he kicked off the new year with his family on a trip to Maui.

On Saturday, Justin Baldoni was leaving a grocery store in Maui when he was stopped by a group of fans who asked the actor for pictures. He seemed more than happy to do so as he posed for photos in shorts, a T-shirt and a black baseball cap.

In one of the photos, he can be seen smiling while posing next to a girl. He has his arm around her as he leans in for the photo, but it's clear he's not touching her or making contact. Given Lively's sexual harassment claims against him, it seems he's trying to maintain a squeaky-clean image in light of the lawsuit.

In her lengthy legal filing, The Shallows actress accused Baldoni of showing her nude photos of other women and discussing his alleged addiction to pornography. She also claims he talked about his intimate encounters with other women and body shaming her on the set of "It Ends With Us." She sued him for mental anguish and emotional pain.

Baldoni and his production studio, Wayfarer Studios, fired back with their own lawsuit against Lively and her "Deadpool" star husband. Ryan Reynolds. He accused Lively and her publicist Leslie Sloane of trying to destroy his career with a sexual harassment lawsuit. He also claims that she tried to take control of the film from him.

The lawsuit drama took an interesting turn. The alleged text messages in Baldoni's $400 million lawsuit allege Lively compared herself to a Game of Thrones character and insisted she had two "dragons" at her disposal — a husband and a pop sensation Taylor Swift.

According to Daily Maila source close to the "Bad Blood" singer is "confused" as to why she was named in the court filing.

"Taylor is proud of the film because it featured her music, which gave her a sense of involvement, even though she wasn't fully aware of the scope of the project's development," the insider said.

They went on to say that her relationship with Lively is "pure friendship, with no interest in influencing or controlling Blake's projects."

According to the source, Swift didn't even intend to be on the date, but accidentally showed up at her friend's house when the date was in progress. The insider went on to say that the pop star "finds Justin's interpretation of the encounter confusing, and those close to her suspect she was drawn into the situation as a means of targeting Blake."

"This was the first time Taylor had ever met Justin," they continued. "She had no idea who he was, and Taylor was just being nice. She was nice to him like she was to everyone she met."
