While recently promoting her action comedy film with Foxx, Diaz showed off her comedic side, leaving her "Back in Action" co-star visibly stunned.
According to Daily MailFoxx asked Diaz to share her GOAT, or biggest conspiracy theory of all time, prompting the actress to drop a rather detailed alien story starring rumored boyfriend Elon Musk.
"All the alien accounts are always the same," Diaz began, before adding that these aliens had "big heads, big eyes, no mouth. Telepathically speaking, long fingers, dexterous."
She added: "If you think about where we are in technology right now, we're sitting in front of a screen. We're not talking to each other. We don't have to talk."

At this point in her story, Diaz mentioned Musk while mockingly referring to him as "the president."
"And we all know we're moving off the planet because now Elon Musk is our president," she continued. "When we get to Mars, we're really going to end up as a completely different species."
In response to the story, Foxx told Diaz that it "screwed him up," seemingly expressing how shocked he was by her conspiracy theory.

The actress returned to the red carpet after a five-year break

In recent weeks, the duo have been making appearances together to promote their film, which will debut on Netflix on January 17.
Diaz and Foxx reunited at the film's premiere in Berlin, marking Diaz's first red carpet appearance in five years.
The actress last appeared on the red carpet in 2019 alongside Demi Moore and Drew Barrymore when Lucy Liu was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
For the event, Diaz looked stunning in a unique look that consisted of a black top layered over a sheer black blouse and paired with high-waisted jeans. She completed the outfit with a long black coat and classic penny moccasins.
The actress also posed for pictures with Foxx, who was dressed in a suit with white and black stripes on the edges.

Before starring in "Back to Action," Diaz was far from Hollywood, having retired from the industry more than a decade ago.
In a recent interview with Empirerevealed how her "Back in Action" co-star inspired her to end her hiatus.
"I thought if I was going to go back and do a movie, the only person I was going to go back and do it with would be this guy," said Diaz, who starred with Foxx in the classic "Annie."
She added: "Seriously. I had other opportunities along the way and I kept saying, 'No. I'm not doing it, I told you... What? He asked Jamie? Jamie? Oh, I can do a movie with Jamie!'

The actress is indecisive about taking on new roles

As fans prepare to see Diaz in "Back to Action" when it debuts on Netflix, the actress remains undecided about joining any new acting projects in the near future.
"I don't know how I look at it. It's hard to say," Diaz said Empire. "If I say that, then it becomes this. I reserve the right to say no to making a movie ever again, and I reserve the right to say yes if I choose to."
She added: "I don't define anything. I'm just open to whatever makes sense for me and my family at any given time."
After decades in the Hollywood spotlight, Diaz took a break to focus on her family. She shares two children with her husband Benji Madden, daughter Raddix and son Cardinal.

According to Daily Mailthe actress added that the therapy encourages her and her husband to ask, "Why didn't it work? How do I do it? What's my part? What's the other person's job?"
Diaz also emphasized how the therapy has taught them to be "more self-aware" and "a little more equipped to hopefully come away with a different outcome."
