Kim's Story:

"When I started Summer Shape Up, I wasn't in a good place because I had stopped working out and wasn't eating healthy. I had done a lot of LSF challenges in the past but I had stopped working out for a while and I wasn't feeling good mentally. Physically .”

"When I saw that Summer Shape Up was starting, I thought I would start fresh and create a new healthy routine with exercise and healthy eating. The first week of SSU was the hardest because I had to create a new routine but once I got it. I now work out every morning and it has made a huge difference in my mental health. I struggle with anxiety and working out helps me a lot."

Morgan's story:

"I still struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle when my home routine is disrupted. This year was a real eye opener for me. I weighed myself in June after our trips and have never been so high on the scale. I was generally tired and lethargic."

"The past 6 weeks have helped me realize that I can do more than I thought I was capable of. I'm sad the challenge is over but I still plan to check in and continue the app workouts. Team LSF And the community is unlike anything I've experienced from a gym, workout class or online platform. Proud of all the girls in the challenge. These girls inspire me to show up for myself every day. I love that we're like a little online family."

Jessie's story:

"It was my first time doing any kind of love sweat fitness workout/challenge. I joined. Move the app A week before the challenge and was blown away by how hard but fun the workouts were. I bought it too Hot body nutrition plan and 14 days (size) Before time, like years ago, and never had to follow them. But I decided to do them this time and I was surprised at how easy the meal plan actually was to follow. I love how you offer easy swap outs for carbs and fat and how realistic the meal plan is. I'm still able to make dinner with my husband, but I'm also sticking to my goals."

“I joined round gang About halfway through the challenge and I think that was really what catapulted me into the community a little bit more. The girls there are very motivated. It's really refreshing to see you too, girlInteracting with us and providing lil tidbits along the way. I love motivation and it goes deeper than workouts and meal plans. I think this really sets your program apart from all the other fitness programs I've been a part of over the years."

"I think for the first time in the two years since giving birth to my son, I've found a way to take time for myself, recover my body, regain my mental clarity and actually enjoy taking care of myself again. I honestly didn't know. For three years I didn't care if I would lose the baby weight and the postpartum weight, but when I started working out, and I followed the nutrition plan, the weight loss started to be easy for me - nutrition Food makes sense from a perspective, but they're also very satisfying and I don't feel like I've opened my eyes to a whole new way of life, as silly as that sounds and I know that by taking care of myself and feeling good about myself, I'm pouring that energy into my family as well. "Not only am I struggling with fatigue and long-distance anxiety, but I'm also struggling physically as a single mom right now. team lsfI might as well have stopped working."

"Although I didn't lose many pounds on this challenge, I gained strength, muscle, and the ability to eat and exercise better through tough challenges. I lost about 3 pounds. I learned to eat better without restricting the foods I love. And I learned to be patient without giving up my sweet tooth. The key is and I learned not to see myself as better than I am or to compare myself to my old body.

"This challenge has taught me that it's okay to change things when it's hard, but to always remember "why" I'm doing it so I don't give up and fall out of the routine. I don't want to say. I lost my love handles like I wanted, but I Gained muscle in the glutes and toned my arms...which was one of my other goals for 2+ years."

“I used LSF 14 days size up and HBMP When I was doing this challenge. I also brought my meal plans with me on my vacation up north. I wanted to stick to a meal plan that would satisfy my hunger but keep my goals in tact. During this challenge, I discovered my love for myself The winged woman And now I can't stop drinking it every day. Not only has it helped my immune system, but it's my favorite morning drink that I can't go a day without."
