While the former reality star Spencer Pratt isn't new to TikTok, it seems to have gotten a lot more attention in the past week. "Rebranding" for a heartbreaking reason, Pratt took over TikTok and gained a ton of fans in just the past few days. Many of his recent videos have quickly gone viral and many other TikTokers are talking and trying to help him.

Afterwards Pratt and wife Heidi Monday lost his home to a fire in Los Angeles, took to TikTok to document the tragedy.

In a viral video, he shared one of his "favorite things" about his house burning down.

"You know one of my favorite things about my house on fire? Ever since 'The Hills' got canceled in 2010, everyone on social media and Google that I've ever read about me is that I'm broke," he said while walking on the beach. "But then it takes all our possessions and our house burning down and now in all my comments everyone just asks, 'What are you crying about? You're a rich celebrity.' God, God, what a rebrand."

Before and after that video there are many others about his house burning down and needing to start over. One thing that Pratt has successfully done through his videos is to stream his wife's songs on many platforms to help them rebuild their lives. Tons of other TikTokers, including celebrities, joined the quest and posted videos using Montag's song, "I'll Do It."

There are tons of funny videos documenting what it's like to switch from TikTok to the Chinese app RedNote.

TikToker, Allie O'Brienshared a video of what it's like to try RedNote that quickly went viral.

She read some comments about how American users were doing on the Chinese app, starting with, "American TikTok users installing a Chinese app, RedNote, directly on their phone because of the TikTok ban is ridiculous." Then she read some other comments that told more about the story.

"Welcome, we've been waiting for you so we can continue our work as a Chinese spy. I thought I lost you. Enjoy RedNote," read one comment. Another funny comment read: "Congratulations to the US government. Instead of passing a broad data protection law, you created a scenario that bans the most popular app, causing Americans to massively download the Chinese version of TikTok that is programmed in Mandarin."

She also explained the "TikTok Extension Act" and how it will give Congress 270 days to make a final decision on the app and how viewers can help.

"I love Rednote so much already. It's like a mix between TikTok, insta, twitter, Pinterest and Amazon. I just need to learn some Mandarin," one viewer wrote in the comments. Another added: "The recipes on Rednote look divine and the cat videos are a handful. I get lost scrolling for hours. I use the translate button, it was fine."

For social media users who were online during the MySpace era, there's a sense of nostalgia on TikTok.

"HEAR ME - MyTok, it's like MySpace and TikTok had a baby," one viewer hilariously wrote in the comments section. Another added: "Tom from MySpace showing up in the final days of TikTok *MUST* be some kind of sign…."

Some reminisced about the days of MySpace, bringing back fond memories of an unforgettable time on the Internet.

"Having a top 8 would bring the drama I need in my life," one person said. Another shared: "MySpace helped me reconnect with my brothers after being separated in foster care. Bring it back please." For one TikToker who found out her family was growing, the shockwaves took her video to viral status in no time! In less than two days, her video received more than 34 million views and tons and tons of comments and questions.

"POV: My 76-year-old great-grandmother pregnant," reads the video, which shows her great-grandmother in a hospital bed being told to wait.

In the following video to update viewers, TikToker Miyah she shared that her great-grandmother is due to give birth in July. She added: "Stay tuned for the gender reveal and baby daddy!"

"Terrorist attacks, wildfires, President Trump and now a pregnant great grandmother! LAW ARE YOU LISTENING??" one person comically wrote in the comments section of the update video. Another viewer added: "This should be a whole TLC series."

As the state of TikTok's future drags on, one viewer wrote what many are probably thinking: "This can't be a TikTok cliffhanger, if we don't see you again safe delivery and good memories for you."

For TikTokers Sarathe unthinkable happened - she lost her house and everything in it during a fire in LA. She opened the app to share her experience of returning to her home after it burned down. She shared her tragedy with a touch of humor, and her video quickly went viral with more than 59 million views in a few short days.

"Hey guys, welcome to my crib," she said as she stood near what was left of her home. She then walked over to the grill that had somewhat survived the fire, before walking over to her hearth and saying, "We could start a fire, but as you can see, we already have one here." She then walked over to her orange tree and took an orange from it, before going to the table to eat it.
