Taylor Swift is reportedly celebrating his billionaire status with a $17.75 million expansion of his Rhode Island mansion.

The singer is said to be adding a new bedroom wing, more bathrooms and a kitchen upgrade.

According to a building permit obtained by the Providence Journal, Swift will add a new wing to her oceanfront property in the exclusive Watch Hill neighborhood in Westerly.

The expansion will include an additional bedroom measuring approximately 16 by 24 feet, along with additional bathrooms.

The singer is also renovating her kitchen as part of the renovation. Although the exact number of new bathrooms has not been released, the total cost of the project, including labor and materials, is estimated at $1.7 million.

Swift's sprawling 11,000-square-foot estate, known as High Watch or Holiday House, sits atop a picturesque cliff and has 700 feet of private beach.

As reported Page Sixthe eight-bedroom, ten-bathroom estate sits on 5.23 acres and features manicured gardens, a spacious courtyard and a luxurious pool.

In 2013, Swift bought her mansion in Rhode Island with an offer for money. The property, with eight charming fireplaces, has sentimental value for the singer.

It even inspired her 2020 song "The Last Great American Dynasty," which tells the story of Rebecca Harkness, a wealthy socialite and former homeowner.

In 2020, the "Cruel Summer" hitmaker spoke. Rolling Stone about becoming fascinated with Harkness.

"Her name was Rebecca Harkness. And she lived in a house I ended up buying in Rhode Island. That's how I found out about her," she explained. "She was a woman who was very, very talked about, and everything she did was scandalous. I found a connection in that."

In addition to its historical connections, the waterfront property located near the luxury Ocean House resort has also served as the venue for several of Swift's high-profile gatherings.

In August, her boyfriend, NFL star Travis Kelce, and his Kansas City Chiefs teammate Patrick Mahomes were seen enjoying one of Swift's exclusive pool parties at the property.

With Swift's record-breaking Eras Tour now behind her, the megastar has largely retreated from the public eye, making only occasional appearances, notably going out with boyfriend Kelce and attending Kansas City Chiefs games.

However, the singer's first major public appearance in 2025 appears to be just around the corner.

During an an interview on "The Pat McAfee Show" on Saturday, January 11, Kelce confirmed that Swift will attend the Chiefs' playoff game against the Houston Texans at Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday, January 18.

When McAfee playfully hinted at Swift's potential presence, asking if there would be "a little extra aura in that place," Kelce enthusiastically replied, "Oh, yeah, you know that, baby. It's playoff football, man."

Kelce even joked about Swift's hit song "22" while discussing his mindset for the upcoming game, saying, "I'm fired up. I feel like 22 again. Baby, let's go."

During the conversation, host McAfee speculated about Swift's highly anticipated twelfth album, suggesting it could include more Kelce-inspired tracks, similar to fan favorites like "So High School" and "The Alchemy."

McAfee joked, "I've listened to all the albums, I've heard about everything... I appreciate you, man. I also think there's one coming where it's going to be a great, like, good thing for a guy. Like, It's going to be great in my house."

In response, Kelce playfully hinted that "there might be a few" new songs in the works, but remained tight-lipped when asked if he'd heard any upcoming tracks.

"You know I can't say, you know I can't say... none of that," the football player answered shyly. "I hear music everywhere."

Still, Kelce made it clear that he fully supports Swift's creative process.

"Oh yeah, come on, you know that," he said. "I'll never answer, but you already know I'm here to support it. I'm here to see where it can go, you know what I mean."

It was recently revealed that the singer has decided to take a major step in her relationship with Kelce by permanently moving to Nashville.

According to Daily MailSwift's romance with the Kansas City Chiefs star "changed her priorities."

Although she previously preferred New York as her primary US base, the decision reportedly signals a change in the pop star's "new outlook on life."

The insider said that as her relationship with Kelce grows stronger, Swift's move to Nashville represents her desire to plan her future with her partner.

"Taylor has grown up a lot in the last few years," the source explained. "Falling so deeply with Travis changed her priorities a bit and gave her a new perspective on life."
