NFL star Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany Mahomes welcomed their third child.

The couple announced their new family via a social media post on Monday with many fans congratulating them on their new arrival.

Brittany and Patrick married in March 2022 and already share two children, a daughter named Sterling and a son named Bronze, who were welcomed in February 2021 and November 2022, respectively.

The couple announced the arrival of their third child with a joint post on Instagram.

They shared a picture of their hands holding their newborn daughter's feet with the caption yes read"Golden Raye Mahomes. 1/12/2025."

Many fans of the couple took turns congratulating each other in the comments section of the post.

One person gushed over her baby's name, writing: "Love the name! Congratulations."

The lovely couple were joined by their children, Sterling and Bronze, who looked delighted as they helped their parents make the announcement.

However, they did not reveal the gender of their baby in the post.

After Brittany and Patrick failed find out the gender of your third baby announcement of the pregnancy, there was so much anticipation among their fans that many wondered if they were having a boy or a girl.

The couple calmed their fans' anxiety a few days later when they shared a gender reveal video featuring both their son and daughter.

In the sweet video, Sterling played Tic-tac-toe by flipping tiles to find out the gender of her unborn sibling. The X tiles were pink to denote a girl, while the O tiles were blue.

After a few turns, Sterling finally placed three pink X tiles in a row, revealing that she was going to have a sister.

After the gender reveal, Brittany and Patrick screamed with joy as pink spray powder flew into the air, adding to the colorful scene.

The arrival of baby number three will be very sweet for Brittany, who has previously spoken about how much she enjoys being a mother and loves spending time with her children and watching them grow.

In an interview from March 2024 SheKnowsrevealed that her love for motherhood began in childhood.

Brittany shared, "I think I've been called since I was little to be a mom. Just to see my kids grow and the things they learn and the things they take from their dad."

She added: "When we have our first experiences with them, taking them somewhere, seeing them happy and lit up and in a good mood when we're doing things, that's probably the thing I enjoy the most."

Brittany and Patrick Mahomes met when they went to high school together in Texas and have been dating ever since.

They faced difficulties when they went to different colleges after high school, but they stayed together despite the distance between them.

The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback proposed to his longtime sweetheart on September 1, 2020. The rehearsal was held in a suite at Arrowhead Stadium on the day he received his Superbowl LIV championship ring.

Par got married on 12.03.2022and became parents for the first time when Sterling was born in February 2021, a year before their marriage. Bronze arrived in November 2022.

Patrick is enjoying his NFL career, but he remains grateful to his wifewho is a certified personal trainer, because he keeps him down while he does his thing on the football field.

He raved about Brittany's mothering skills when he appeared on "Impulsive" podcast in May 2024.

Patrick said, "I don't think people even realize how much she works. I mean, taking care of the day-to-day stuff and making it where I can focus on football and focus on my craft and everything."

He added, "She's a Hall of Fame mom and a Hall of Fame wife, which makes everything so much easier. I mean, when you come home and your best friend is there and you can just hang out, you want to be there all the time and she makes me I'm going to be great and she's done a lot of great things herself."
