It's 5:30 in the morning,” Jennifer said. “Jersey Mike's didn't open until 5:30, and my cousin and I got in line around 5:45 and there weren't that many people in line. Again, it was moving a little slow, but we weren't going to complain."

When Jennifer placed her order, Bill was not with her. When she joins him later, Bill shares that one of their kids wanted a sandwich and Jennifer tried to add the item after she had already placed her order. The employee told Jennifer that if she wanted another sandwich, she would have to stand in line again or ask the person in line if it was OK if she went to the counter to order another item.

“In the video, they were still working on my sandwich. It was not the payment I made. I didn't check out,” he claimed. "So for them to ask me to wait at the end of the line or I had to ask this guy's permission — that really started a fight. They shouldn't have done that and it's just customer service. I realize now that I can't say, 'I'm a Celebrity.' People are very angry. … I wouldn't say I'm a celebrity anymore because people are very angry about it. But, obviously, it wouldn't be as viral as it was if I wasn't a public figure."
