According to the source, Affleck has "completely moved on with his life" despite him and Lopez only recently finalizing their split.

"The last thing he wants is for his work to be overshadowed by his past relationship. He wants the movie to be talked about, not his failed marriage," the insider further claims.

Aside from Affleck, there's also a strong possibility that Damon will be absent from the premiere despite being listed as a producer on the film, just like his best friends.

"The last time Matt went to support a movie Jennifer was in, it became all about the drama Matt and Jennifer were talking about," the source shared, referring to the actor's appearance at Lopez's "Unstoppable" premiere.

"This was all people were focused on, and the film didn't get any recognition - just talking and making physical contact," they added.

When the premiere takes place on January 26, Lopez will likely be in the company of only the likes of director Bill Condon and producers Barry Josephson, Tom Kirdahy and Greg Yolen, who were listed on the preliminary red carpet lineup.

Affleck recently finalized his divorce from Lopez, officially ending their nearly two-year marriage.

When they married, the duo did not have a prenuptial agreement, which apparently led to their decision to enlist the help of celebrity attorney Laura Wasser to mediate their divorce.

As part of the settlement, Lopez kept all of the earnings she earned from their April 2024 divorce, while keeping the $5 million-plus engagement ring she received from the actor.

As for Affleck, he has retained his stake in his production company, which he founded in 2022.

Meanwhile, the couple will split the proceeds from the sale of their $61 million Beverly Hills mansion. The property has been on the market since last July, but has yet to attract any committed buyers despite the duo's public listing.

After the divorce settlement, an insider revealed InTouch that Affleck and Lopez never intended to "break up" with each other and plan to remain friends.

"Jennifer and Ben are officially divorced, and the only bright spot is that they have never been ugly. Many thought their lawyers would do a nasty job on behalf of each of them, but they both decided to leave the marriage as amicably as possible," , a source told the newspaper.

The insider went on to note that while "a lot was at stake," the former couple was determined not to fight over their property.

"Ben and Jennifer didn't want to push for a dime, they respected each other too much for that," the source said. "I'm not saying it never crossed their minds, it just wasn't worth it. They have too much history in common. They actually parted as friends."

Going forward, it seems that Lopez and Affleck have decided to remain friendly after their split.

Since filing for divorce, they have been seen together several times, including when Lopez visited Affleck's home.

Lopez recently visited Affleck before the Golden Globes, where they were seen sharing a hearty hug with his 12-year-old son Samuel.

She also reunited with her former partner in December, exchanging gifts to mark the holiday season.

"They have every intention of continuing to be in each other's lives despite not being romantically involved," the insider said Page Six about the duo's continued relationship.
