Kelly ClarksonHer two children, Nadi and Remy, grew up on their first interview on their mother's talk show.

“You may remember a few weeks ago I had my kids River and Remy on set. It's a great benefit that we get as a family when the show taps on Saturdays,” Singer, 42, said on the Wednesday, Jan. 8 episode. The Kelly Clarkson Show. “Like their mother, both my children love to sing. And when Remy went to set, he surprised us. He wanted his chance at the microphone, and he literally said, 'Who do I have to talk to to sing my song?' I was like, 'Okay', so of course, we made it happen.

Last month, Remy, 8, went viral when Clarkson shared a snippet of her son singing the classic Frank Sinatra Tune "My Way". So Clarkson decided they would show the entire video of Remy's performance. In the clip, Remy took the stage and sang her heart out. As she belted out the power ballad, Clarkson and Rivers, 10, cheered her on from the wings. After the song ended, Remy received a standing ovation from the audience. Clarkson ran over to give her son a big hug.

After the performance, Clarkson had a special treat for the audience, as did Remy and Rivers Back to the studio.

“I'm so shocked because my kids are here again. Let's get them out, everybody," Clarkson told the audience. "Everyone say hi to River and Remy!"

Rivers and Remy walked out and hugged their mother before sitting on the couch. Siblings were all made for them Big TV look. Rivera rocked a black and white blouse with straight hair and bangs — similar to her mom's iconic look. Remy, for his part, looked dashing in a green striped blazer.

"Oh my God, look at you. You've got makeup on and your hair done," Clarkson gushed. "We don't look like this at home."

Clarkson then asked her son why he wanted to do that particular song. Remy explained that he really liked it, especially after he saw it Sing 2. Clarkson teased that she and Rivera are used to hearing "My Way" at home.

"I can't even count . . . how many times," River teases her brother about how often she says "my way."

Clarkson shared that she and Rivers have been practicing the song a lot as she prepares to sing it at a few events for her school. This was one of the main reasons why she wanted to try singing in front of a live audience. Kelly also shared Remy's reaction after a snippet of the song went viral.

"I said, 'Man, I think you got over a million views on your video,'" she recalled. "And he goes, 'Do you get so many opinions?' I was like, 'Calm down - and not often.'

Just like Remy, Clarkson noted that she always hears her "Queen of Country" daughter practicing music in her room. The American Idol winner turns it over to Rivers to share what she loves to do musically. Just like her mother, she loves to sing and write songs.

"I put it together in a journal that I forgot at home because I'm a forgetful person in my family," Rivers admitted. "But I do it a lot in my room and I spend hours singing (and) trying to make a song."

Clarkson proudly shares that River's song is "good."

Clarkson shares with both Rivers and Remy ex husband Brandon Blackstock. The couple broke up In 2020 after almost seven years of marriage.
