Lily Allen has finally settled her breakup from David Harbor on her "Miss me?" podcast, revealing that she is taking a break to focus on herself.
Speculations of infidelity surfaced after the actress reportedly revealed that her husband is active on the exclusive celebrity dating app Raya.

Lily Allen says she's 'squirming' amid rumors of split from David Harbour
In a recent episode of her podcast, which she co-hosts with Miquita Oliver, singer Allen reflected on her split from Harbour, opening up about her emotional struggles during a "tough period".
"It's hard for me to be interested in anything," Allen said Daily Mail. "I'm really not in a good place. I know I've been talking about it for months, but I've been spinning and spinning. It's out of control; I've tried."
The "Dreamland" actress recalled recent moments of anxiety, including a panic attack in "Miss Me?" Christmas lunch and leaving the theater half way through because of overwhelming emotions.
She admitted: "I can't concentrate on anything but the pain I'm going through. It's really hard."

The singer also talked about her daughters Ethel (13) and Marni (11), whom she shares with her ex-husband Sam Cooper.
Allen noted: "I can say it's really hard - they're always there, and you have to be there and be there for them. And that's okay, when things in life are going well and you're coping, it's really nice to have kids around are joy one of the main sources of joy in life."
She added: "But when things aren't going so well and life is difficult, as it is for many people for various reasons, having to hold things together is really hard."

Lily Allen dismisses rumors her husband found her 'in the den'
In an episode of the podcast released Thursday, Allen appeared to confirm her split from Harbour, admitting she was "not in a good place."
While talking about a trip to Kenya with the 49-year-old actor, she hesitated over the word "husband", fueling speculation that their relationship had ended after she allegedly discovered Harbor using celebrity dating app Raya.
Speaking about her upcoming three-week hiatus on the podcast, the 39-year-old singer reassured listeners, dismissing rumors of a return to her past struggles with addiction.
"I'm leaving next week for a few weeks, listeners, but I want to reassure people because there will be speculation because of the amount of time I'm going to take to go to drug rehab - I haven't, I haven't relapsed," she said.

Denouncing the false stories circulating about her, Allen continued: "Oh, I've seen some horrible blind stuff on the internet that my husband found me in a den with a crack surrounded by men. I don't know who's spreading these wicked rumors, but it's not true."

How Lily Allen revealed David Harbour's alleged infidelity
Allen reportedly went full "Wagath Christie" to find out if her husband Harbor is pursuing other women amid rumors of their split.
"Wagatha Christie" is the name associated with Colleen Rooney, wife of former England footballer Wayne Rooney, after she exposed fellow WAG Rebekah Vardy undercover for allegedly leaking stories about her.
Suspecting infidelity, Allen reportedly went undercover and rejoined the dating app Raya, where she first met Harbour, and pretended to be "looking for women" while he explored.
According to Daily MailAllen discovered Harbour's profile on the app, which had been active for at least a month.
A source shared: "Lily was looking for women who were on Ray and cross-referencing them with women David follows on Instagram to try and figure out who he was seeing. She was doing her Wagatha."
"Lily has never looked at anyone since she met David. She is devastated," an insider told the paper. "He was supposed to be on holiday with her in Kenya over Christmas."
Harbour's Raya dating profile, revealed by the news outlet, reads: "Visiting New York from Atlanta." He then describes himself as a "closet nerd who plays the tough guys on your TV."

Harbor has been open about his penchant for tumultuous romances, admitting that he often gets "swept away easily".
In an interview with Women's health in October 2017, the Stranger Things star reflected on her past romances, saying, “I'm better at fantasy relationships than I am in everyday real life, but I'm trying to become a realist. "
Harbor elaborated on the qualities he finds most attractive, sharing, "What I find most exciting now are sharp, intelligent, perceptive women. People who think deeply, who have a kind of weird way of looking at the universe, are wildly attractive to me."
He added with a touch of humor, "If I find one of those girls who can handle me, I might have something."

In an interview from 2023 People Magazinethe "Hellboy" actor discussed his relationship with his singer wife, saying they're "closer and closer every day."
The couple tied the knot in Las Vegas in September 2020 and have been very open about their relationship on social media, often sharing pictures and videos.
Before the interview, divorce rumors swirled when Allen unfollowed Harbor on Instagram, leading many to think their marriage was going through a rough patch.
However, Harbor shut down the rumors at the time, saying their life was "so great".

"At the end of the day, it's really good because you get to know somebody," Harbor told the publication. "But let me tell you, my wife loves it when I go to work because it's nice that she has her life and I have my life and we don't get annoyed just by being there all the time."
"We have these two kids, and it's so cool," he added, referring to his stepchildren. "We get to raise them and stuff, and as our marriage goes on, we get closer and closer."
