Stephen “tWitch” Boss's mother, Connie Boss Alexander, speaks

On Thursday, January 9th, Connie Boss Alexander took to Instagram to share a lengthy statement in response to the "painful claims" made about her son. Alexander's statement also apparently addressed "publications that spread lies."

"Our family is completely appalled by the misleading and hurtful claims Stephen Boss has made about my son. The recent publications spreading untruths about Stephen have crossed all lines of decency," he wrote. “As his mother, I will not let these accusations go unanswered. We will not stand by while his name and legacy are tarnished. He doesn't deserve this, and the children don't deserve this."

Alexander also explained that since his son's passing, he has been "quiet and out of the public eye" to protect his family.

"My main focus has been on healing and trying to stay connected to my grandchildren," she continued. "But when I read these terrifying claims about my baby, our dear Stephen, I realized I could no longer remain silent."

Finally, Alexander ended his statement by saying that his family will ensure that tWitch's "name and memory are protected" and that they (defend) her honor.

It is sad that he is doing this for money, tarnishing his name and legacy. Even if the drugs did it, it's nobody's business to reveal it.'

Ass Shadow Room previously reported, earlier this week, PEOPLE magazine released a cover story featuring Holker. It also featured the words "He Was Hiding So Much" on the cover along with an exclusive video interview with Boss's widow.

Immediately, Holker's allegations about her husband sparked a backlash. Social media users, Candiace Dillard, and other Boss family members also spoke out accusing the widow of exploiting tWitch and lying to her estate.
