There are many, many, many books on Steven King there. Many of the books of the fertile author have turned into films. Maybe none of them, however, had such a long, difficult road to the screen as the "long walk". Directed by Francis Lawrence, this is a project that has been developing for decades, With many other executives who come and go through the years. Finally, Lawrence managed to get the adaptation of King's dystopian thriller through the finish. This required a very real walk, it turns out.

"Long Walk" recently arrived at Lionsgate cinema And he sees that one boy from each country participates in a competition where the winner is given what he wants. They have one simple goal: go at a pace of three miles per hour without stopping. After three warnings, you are out. And from the outside, we think of a shot.

In a recent interview for TodayStarwarra Cooper Hoffman ("Saturday night"), played by Ray Garati, discussed the process of recording adaptation. It may not be surprising, the boys chose to play these 50 participants had to go terribly to persuade King's story to life on the screen. Here's what he had to say about it:

Well, it wasn't actually life or death for them, but it was undoubtedly tiring. Garrett Vereing, who plays Stibins, had something similar to say about the grueling amount of walking needed for production. Talking to Fun weekly In July, the actor said:

"I had the phone in the backpack all the time, so I had to hide it, but I had the counter, right?" He says. "We all went - besides our crew members, who I want to shout here - we all went eight to 15 miles a day. So what is it? 25,000 to 30,000 steps?"

"We go, we actually go," added Tut Niu, played by Arthur. "It's something I don't think it's ever done, just constantly on the go. So mentally, just getting into that space and just staying locked and treating every scene as if it's new, because we do it many times. We were filming a scene a day."

All that walking paid off in the end. The "Long Walk" has been filled with elleveled examinations so farCurrently ranking as one of Steven King's top films so far. It's not a small thing, given the likes of "The Shawshank Redemption" and "IT" are also there. Plus, Hoffman, David Onsonson and the rest of the cast made him alive, as a slightly added bonus.
