Now she is ready to share her story with the world. Titled "Like This: My Story of Love, Loss, and Embracing the Light," the memoir is set to be released on February 8.

"Looking back, I realize that his 'two very different personalities' were increasingly fighting against each other," she revealed. "What if he felt safe as this individual who could have different types of energy? You don't have to be a completely different person and put them apart from each other."

On her healing journey, Holker joined organizations such as the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and Maple Counseling.
"I was so lucky to have the resources to help me," she said. "I've learned that there are so many other resources that a lot of people don't know about. I've had so many people reach out to me to talk, and if there's one thing I've learned, it's that mental health can affect anyone at any point in their life. "

Holker emphasized the importance of keeping space for those who need it. "It's important to be an open vessel when someone is going through a difficult time. Listen, let them be who they are in that moment and don't make them feel like it's wrong," she explained. "People who have a lot of light still went through a lot of darkness. And that's okay because you can't have one without the other."

Soon after the news broke, Holker issued a statement in favor of People Magazine. "It is with the heaviest heart that I have to share that my husband Stephen has left us," she said. "Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends and community above all else, and leading with love and light was everything to him. He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans."
"To say he left a legacy would be an understatementand his positive influence will continue to be felt," she added. "I'm sure not a day will go by that we don't honor him. We are asking for privacy at this difficult time for me and especially for our three children."

In the time since his death, Holker slowly opened up to a new love and she is now dating tech executive Adam Edmunds. She approached this new chapter in her life with vulnerability and honesty, stressing that her love for tWitch will always remain.
"I had such a beautiful love with Stephen, and I still have such a beautiful love with him. But the love I learned only helped me be even better at the next love," she said. "I feel like I'm even more comfortable with this next step in my life, this next chapter with this new, beautiful man, Adam. It's not that one love trumps another. It's just that one love prepared me for the next."
As Holker continues to heal and inspire, her memoir promises to be a powerful testament to resilience, love and the human spirit's ability to endure and thrive despite unimaginable loss.
