Days before her video highlighting some positives from the past year, Paul shared a video talking about the "worst" parts of her year.

"I want to say this was worse than my 2022, which is saying a lot," she said. "That being said, I'm having trouble deciphering which one it was. And I'm only saying that because I've had incredible opportunities with it."

She said she won't "go into detail about why this was one of the worst years" because viewers will be able to see how "it all unravels next year."

"It was a year of a lot of unpacking of all these things that had to happen for real change to happen," she continued. "And I'm not one to blame people for my life. I'm aware that I know what my part was and what I could have done differently. What lesson can I draw from this experience?"

Paul went on to share in the video that there have been "good things" and "really hard things" during her 2024.

"For example, earlier this year, I was so detached. We see it on the show, I'm not there. I can't even watch the show because it's so hard to watch," she shared. "And then I finally wanted to feel again, so with that you have to start feeling a lot of pain and letting things in."

She said that in 2022 she was "experienced", in 2023 she was "lost" and in 2024 she "let go of the pain". She said she suddenly let go of the pain, which left her "on bathroom floors, screaming, crying on phone calls, intensive care."

"I prayed to God saying you have to help me. And please remember this is not about me complaining about life's problems. It's all about mental health," she continued. "And it doesn't matter what external things you have in your life, because they will never make you happy if you are not happy on the inside."
