Supermodel Gisele Bundchen empowered her Instagram followers with a message about nurturing energy in ways that spread love and compassion.

Bündchen's post comes days after her ex-husband, Tom Bradyhe looked back to 2024, revealing that it didn't go the way he wanted.

The Victoria's Secret model is pregnant by her boyfriend and jiu-jitsu trainer, Joaquim Valente, a revelation that reportedly shocked Brady.

Bündchen took to her Instagram page on Friday to share a powerful message with her more than 23 million followers.

She started"The New Year is a special time to reflect on all that we have learned and what new things we want to create in our lives."

Bündchen stated that everyone is responsible for where they choose to direct their energy and what they create. She added, "May you choose to nurture your energy in ways that fill your heart with love and compassion—for yourself and for others."

The 44-year-old wished her followers endless blessings and an extraordinary journey in the new year. She concluded: "Let's make 2025 an amazing year! Sending so much love to everyone."

Bündchen accompanied her post with three stunning pictures that show her love for nature.

The first picture showed her holding a yellow flower over her forehead and smiling as she posed. The background of the photo was green vegetation.

The second shot shows heart-shaped clouds in a beautiful sunset, while the third photo shows Bündchen sitting on the grass watching the sunset. She spread her arms wide to enjoy the experience.

However, the model didn't show even a hint of her baby bump.

Bündchen's announcement comes days after her ex-husband and NFL icon Tom Brady reflected on the past year with post on Instagram.

The seven-time Super Bowl winner shared a series of snaps with his three children, Jack, 17, who he shares with ex-partner Bridget Moynahan, and Benjamin, 15, and Vivian, 12, who he shares with Bündchen.

In the caption of the post, Brady wrote: "Couldn't think of a better way to ring in the new year than with the loves of my life. Reflecting on the past year and thinking about the year ahead, there's no better perspective than looking at these three and I always try to I'm getting better for them every day and helping guide them in every way I can."

The father of three expressed gratitude for "experiences, blessings, family, friends and everyone else who influenced me along the way." He also said he is "blessed to have joy and gratitude" in his life.

The former New England Patriots star explained, "No year ever goes exactly the way we want it to, but when I think about 2024, I couldn't imagine anything better. So many new experiences I got to share with amazing people, especially the three beautiful angels on this photographs."

Brady ended his lengthy caption by wishing his followers a happy and healthy 2025 before adding: "The best is yet to come!"

Bündchen, who split from Brady in 2022, has been dating Joaquim Valente since June 2023. PEOPLE Magazine that the expectant mother and her boyfriend are looking forward to the arrival of their baby.

A source said: "Gisele and Joaquim are happy about this new chapter in their lives and look forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family."

The former quarterback also reportedly found his ex-wife's pregnancy a "tough pill to swallow" and took time to process.

The insider shared, "Tom had to make his feelings known about it, and he did it in his own time."

The source also revealed that people close to Brady could see he was upset, adding that "it was never something he thought would happen."

According to the insider, Brady still wants Bündchen's well-being because she is the mother of his two children.

They added: "He has to move on, and with her pregnant, she's definitely moved on, so he can't be upset about it anymore. It's out of his control, out of his hands. He's not letting it get to him anymore."
