Sean "Diddy" Čeljev"A lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, painted the dark image of the prison life in the bail appeal in front of the penalty.

He claimed that the food that served in prison was often expired or infected with maggots and the object as "inhumane" was described.

After the judgment in the Seans "Diddy" Czeljki "sexual sex crime, remained detained in the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center.

Diddy's lawyer Marc AgniFilo, on Sunday, intended "a short letter" to judge Arun SUBRANAmanski, in which he made several shocking claims about the building where he was held.

In the petition, AgniFilo described the MDC as a "inhuman" facility, seemingly on offer to convince Submanian that why music can be released on bail.

He also addressed food conditions in the facility, claiming that Diddy will serve contaminated food.

"MDC routinely serves food expired or infected with Maggots," Agnifilo claimed in submitting, in which he also added a picture of one of the alleged meals.

"Fabricated foods captured in that photo is, unfortunately, not unusual experiences," he added, by Page six.

As part of his appeal, agnifilo, then called on the judge to consider the frequent locking of the facility as "outstanding circumstances" that invite his release on bail.

The second petition for Subamanin was written by Diddy's ex-girlfriend, Gina Huynh, who stated at the trial as a victim, but did not testify.

She spoke about Knowledge of Dida in the "personal and professional capacity" and described him as "Father, Family Man and Businessman".

As reported ExplosionHuynh called for a compatran language to see "out of allegations," by adding that her relationship with the rapper had "ups and downs", since then improved and betrayed for the pain he caused.

She also noted that, when they were broken, he "embodied the energy of love, patience and tenderness" and should not be seen as a danger to her or community.

Huynh concluded his letter by providing the Court for DIDDY to fully comply with any conditions of bail and would not jeopardize his freedom if he released.

Unfortunately for Diddy, his lawyer's appeals and former girls were ostirable, because the rapper was denied a deposit for the second time since his mixed judgment.

Diddy submitted a $ 50 million bond proposal, in which he also agreed to strict monitoring and travel constraints, along with electronic supervision.

However, they encountered prosecutors who previously claimed that the rapper risk of flight due to his huge financial resources, allegedly, allegedly bribing security officers and ability to conceal his crimes.
