The Marvel star, 53, shared his gratitude in a touching medium Instagram post Uploaded Wednesday, Jan. 1 as he reflects on the snow plow accident that killed him nearly two years ago.

Alongside the lengthy caption, Renner shared a post of himself in a hospital bed surrounded by doctors, nurses and hospital staff.
