"It was getting worse by the day," he recalled Saturday. "Despite the internet saying recovery takes time, I still felt that something was wrong and finally after trying every home remedy, I called my doctors and they told me to come straight in."

"Within hours, we were at the hospital and ready for surgery," Dorfman wrote Saturday. "A very simple procedure but it's still considered beautiful to give birth to a 6-day-old baby, plus lots of hormones are still hidden."
The former attorney also emphasized the importance of trusting "your body" and instincts when something feels off.
