According to Daily Mailthe rapper expected to be out on bail by now because of the "powerful legal team" he has assembled for his defense.

However, the failure of their efforts to secure his release appears to have taken its toll on him, making "spending the holidays behind bars" a "nightmare".

It remains unclear what time of day the alleged "fall" occurred, and there have been no statements from Diddy's legal team to confirm the incident.

At the time, it was said that the music mogul would only receive "what is available to him from the MDC commissioner's list" and a very meager "Christmas or holiday sack".

"It's plastic and it's almost like a big pillow and it's shrunk over the years," prison expert Larry Levine said of the package, per Daily Mail.

He added: "It's a bunch of crap that was probably bought because it's out of date because the prison system is selling you out-of-date stuff. And they're trying to act like they're doing the inmates a favor."
