"You know how much I loved that dog and he was such a big dog. He was great with the kids. He was so good and he was so full of love. Lo, who shared his son Samuel and Isaiah and daughter Mia with Zuchis, said that this choice came after their senior bite.

"The result was a major part of traveling to ER and on the head," he added. "So, as much as I love that dog, I have to keep my kids first. But (GUS) is a great house and we will still see him occasionally. (By the way), I died a bit inside."

The former bachelor mentioned that Gus found a "great" new home with the dog trainer of the Zuice, "He can go to work every day and stay around the other dog. He told me the other day and said that this (a) pug hated all the dogs, but I should accept it before we want to accept the other dog."

About two years later, Low had indicated in March 2025 that he rehabilitated his new dog after attacking twice.
