"Game of squid" season 3 Finish the series of a pretty gloomy note. Of the 456 people who participated in the game, only two survived. One was a player 256 (who was discreetly rescued by cute guard Kang No-Eul) and the other was 222 player, cute baby CGI. Even our main character Gi-Hun died in the end. He sacrificed to save life at 222, throwing himself out of a shelf after a season full of pain.

It is a dark final, but it wasn't always the writers' plan for Gi-Hun. Like the shower Hwang Dong-Hiuk explain in a recent interviewHe initially considered keeping Gi-Hun alive throughout the series. However, that does not necessarily mean that Dong-Huku planned to throw GI-Jun to throw the poor baby 222 of that giant triangle. As he explained:

"I was thinking of living Gii-Hun. I was thinking about the end where Hun-Hun would do it from a game in one way or another, and he would go to America to see his daughter. But in the process of writing it, I had a heart change. I thought what story I wanted to say through the show?

While the fans certainly wanted GI-Hun to survive the games on a piece, Dong-Huk finds his fate inspiring. Not only is the final act of GI-Hun a noble, but his sacrifice positively affects the lives of more people around him. Even Those annoying VIP seems to have been moved from his decision; It forces them to reflect (at least for a moment) of their own humiliation and for once none of them seem to have something to say.

Kang No-Eul has been particularly moved from the selection of GI-Hun. She will end her life until she sees it sacrificing, and that is what inspires her to continue living. Dong-Hiuk noted that No-El (whose name represents "Twilight") is someone who is stuck to live with "deep sadness and guilt that was unable to save his baby". She is bought by saving a player 246, but until she sees Huni-Fun's death that he is ready to restore the hope that his own child may still be still alive in North Korea.

"I wanted her to be someone who surpassed what is happening in the twilight and once again begins to dream of a new day," Dong-Huk said. He added:

"The symbolism behind the children (in the show), it's not just about the biological child of a character, but I wanted to symbolize any hope we can have for the future, as well as our will to live.

Dong-Hyuk noted that in Ho, the wicked front man of the game also moved the last moments of G-Hun. He has spent the past two seasons locked in a battle of ideologies. Optimistic Gi-Hun believes that people are worth protecting, while bitter, fastened in-ho, believes that people are inherent in monstrous and self-serving.

During most of the Squid Game season 3, it certainly seems to have been properly proven. The Hunin-Hun rebellion is falling apart, all the other players end up killing each other, and even the baby's 222 is ready to throw him out of the rock if it means saving his own skin. But Gi-Hun gets the last word sacrificing. He refuses to take over the light, self -service route he took to the hall survived his time in the games. As Dong-Hiuk said:

"By sacrificing himself, the actions of Gi-Fun have definitely touched something in the heart of Jo-ho, perhaps a very small slider of hope that he hid deep in his heart. I also think that he may have caused shame in him, because (the victim) was something he was unable to do. from GI-HUN actions.
