A Justin Baldoni-affiliated podcaster makes a bold move amid the drama

After the allegations of Blake Livelypodcaster Elizabeth Day, who interviewed Justin Baldoni earlier this month, took the stand.

As The Blast reported, the lawsuit filed by Lively accused her "It Ends with Us" co-star of ignoring well-established industry protocols when she "filmed intimate scenes and took advantage of a lack of on-set control to act inappropriately."

"Without this protection, Mr. Baldoni improvised a physical intimacy that was not rehearsed, choreographed, or discussed with Ms. Lively, without an intimacy coordinator involved," the lawsuit states.

Blake Lively also accused Justin Baldoni of orchestrating a smear campaign in an attempt to destroy her career.

Day, who hosts the "How to Fail" podcast and recently interviewed Baldoni, made the decision to end his relationship with the "It Ends With Us" actor by deleting the episode.

In a statementshe informed her fans that she wanted to "remove the recent 'How to Fail' interview with Justin Baldoni from all platforms" due to "the shocking allegations against him in Blake Lively's recent (complaint)."

"Every person has the right to a safe workplace. Every woman has the right to dignity in that workplace," Day wrote in a statement posted on social media. "Any form of abuse needs to be called out and I applaud individuals who have the courage to do so."

For those who didn't get a chance to hear his episode, Baldoni spoke with Day about being diagnosed with ADHD at age 40 and said he "had a near breakdown" while directing and starring in "It Ends with Us."

Lively has made serious allegations against her former co-star, claiming she was repeatedly sexually harassed during the filming of their latest project. These allegations include inappropriate comments about her appearance, requests for nudity in scenes that don't require it, and even physical misconduct.

"For example, Mr. Baldoni discreetly bit and sucked Ms. Lively's lower lip during a scene in which he improvised numerous kisses with each take," the lawsuit states. "Mr. Baldoni insisted on filming the entire scene over and over again, far beyond what would be required on an ordinary set, and without prior notice or consent.”

The lawsuit further alleges that Baldoni "inserted impromptu explicit sexual content and/or scenes involving nudity into the film (including minor characters) in highly disturbing ways" without Lively's prior knowledge or consent.

In a statement released Dec. 23, Bryan Freedman, Baldoni's attorney, addressed Lively's recent allegations. Freedman rejected claims that Baldoni or his team engaged in a smear campaign against Lively, saying The Agency Group (TAG PR) was acting within the scope of its professional duties when representing its client.

He also called Lively's allegations "false, outrageous and deliberately egregious with the intent to publicly injure her."

Shortly after news broke that Lively had filed a lawsuit, she issued a statement in favor The New York Timeswhere she expressed, "I hope my legal action will help pull back the curtain on these sinister retaliatory tactics to harm people who speak up about misconduct and help protect others who may be targeted."

“Her complaints were made during filming. On the record. Long before the public conflict. The cast stopped following him (Baldonia) for a reason," he said in a comment shared on an Instagram post. “His PR team was great. Gross and disgusting, but very effective. Read the article, their text message exchange and his PR campaign strategy to bury her any way he can. No one is without (sic) faults. But the public was tricked.”

Others who have come forward include Colleen Hooverauthor of "It Ends with Us," Lively's "Sisterhood" co-star Amber Heardand Robyn Lively.

After the allegations surfaced, talent agency WME dropped Baldoni as a client.

According to Daily Mailthe decision was made by WME bosses just hours after Lively's complaints came to light, with the organization choosing to stand by the actress during the ongoing dispute.
