I may have overridden the number of rides this week, but the weather is great so it's fun. Last Tuesday we had a group ride on the hill east of Gilroy that started at the entrance to Mendoza Ranch in Harvey Bear Park. I usually ride from my friend’s house, but recently I can’t ride upright on such a long ride due to SI joint issues and I’m worried that my sleeper wouldn’t fit her vehicle. So I rode horizontally from home to the beginning, which made me totally (56 miles) (and 3 batteries). However, it was a great trip. From this time of year, from the valley, it looks really dry on the East Hill, and it looks amazing when you stand up. On Wednesday, I did one of my hard rides, and went for 85km in 3 hours and 25 minutes, speeds over two hours, and then did some intervals and sprints. Thursday was a tough upper body meeting, followed by an easy recovery ride, and then Friday I went for a long 3 hours and 20 minutes. Then yesterday was some easy arm cycles that could easily recover for 70 minutes.
