Over the past few months, Dave Grohl has been working on repairing his marriage after it was hit hard following the announcement that he fathered a love child.
Now, according to People Magazinethe music star continues his efforts to mend his relationship by choosing to spend Christmas with his family.
"Everybody's spending Christmas as a family," an insider about the Foo Fighters frontman, who is married to Jordyn Blum.
The duo have three daughters, Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10, who they welcomed during their 21-year marriage.
Meanwhile, the identity of the person with whom Grohl welcomed the love child remains unknown, as he chose not to reveal any details.

Dave Grohl's band went on hiatus after the release of The Love Child
In the same month that Grohl announced the love child, his band canceled a show at the Soundside Music Festival, apparently due to the drama surrounding the revelation.
Later that month, a source revealed that the band would be taking a break, largely due to their frontman's personal issues.
"The band needs time to be with their families and focus on regrouping," the source said The sun. "It's been a turbulent few years, with the loss of their best friend, drummer Taylor Hawkins, the death of Dave's mum, and now the birth of his new child."
The insider also revealed that Grohl fully understands the gravity of his infidelity, which is why he asked for a break to focus on reconnecting with his family.

The source added: "He wants to be at home and focus on regaining the trust of his family. Being on the road is not the best thing for either of them at this time. It seems like a break is the best thing for them collectively."

Rocker went to therapy
As part of his efforts to repair his marriage, Grohl reportedly "went to therapy." According to Art In Touch A source, the 55-year-old also "shares the phone and text messages" and is "constantly apologizing" to Bloom since the love child announcement.
"He's trying to be a good father, but at the same time it's frustrating and he doesn't understand that it can take months, even years, to fix these things," a source said of the situation.
Another source revealed that Bloom gave Grohl one last chance to "save" their marriage, prompting the rocker to try to exhaust all possible efforts to make things right.
