Dick Wolf's "One Chicago" Franchise Has Been of NBC's Most ReliBle Nielsen Ratings Performers Since Its Flagship Show, "Chicago Fire," Debuted in the Fall of 2012. Aside from the Ill-Fated, Semi-Rundantt. "Chicago justice" (which only lasted 13 episodes in 2017), the series and its spinoffs, "Chicago PD" and "Chicago Med," Seem Every Bit as incessantly as Wolf's "Law and Order" franchise. As long as emission fans continue to adapt every week, these windy city procedures go nowhere.

Unfortunately, members of the cast are not guaranteed to stick around. The fans were reminded of this when, before the conclusion of the 13th season of the show, it was announced that Daniel Curie and Akejak Lockett would not return to the show in the fall. Obviously, long -lasting series like "Chicago Fire" need viewers to feel that every character is human and thus vulnerable to an unexpected fatal end, but that does not mean that they should quietly accept the demolition and/or exit from the character in whom they have been invested in many seasons. From the plus side, Sam Carver did not book a trip to the big fireplace in the sky - though no one would be surprised if it had. The troubled characters like Sam are vital to the show like "Chicago Fire", so why did they give it a trunk for the trunk? The answer is pretty depressed.

When the deadline broke The news that Curie and Lockett will not return to season 14 of "Chicago Fire", they have made it pretty simple that this is no Creative decision. Since we are reminiscent of long -term shows again and time, they become more expensive, the longer they will remain in the air. And when that belt is tightened, the actors are occasionally drained from the series.

In the case of "Chicago Fire", cost -saving measures were already in operation. Regular series have already appeared in fewer episodes to control their salaries, so it was not a shock that, when it came time to write a few characters out of the show, Wolf and the company were directed to two actors who were later introduced.

Some fans were worried about Sam's well -being after learning that Lockett was leaving the show, but he rejoiced for Denver's transfer, where he would continue to work on his sobriety. This came as a blow to Violet, who was ready to continue his romance, but the change of scenery seemed to be the best thing for Sam.

And not paying a location for Another season of "Chicago Fire" Obviously it was the best thing about the network. That's the harsh reality of business, people!
