The repetitions of Fox's "Malcolm in the middle" have practically served as my favorite type of delay when I was in college and more than 15 years ago. Between Studying Sessions (or, Rather, to Avoid Them), I Quickly Fell in Love with Linwood Boomer's Sitcom, which was about found horrendously naughty and mischievous brothers - Malcolm (frankie Muniz, Reese (Justin Berfield), Dewey (Erik Per Sullivan), and Francis (Christopher Masterson) - and their Quirky and Ofen Wild Parents, Hal (Bryan Cranston) and Lois Wilkerson (Janeaine.

Although the play may have seemed to be your typical silly and innocent family comedy from Outs, its writers and actors constantly pushed the brilliant and witty humor of the series to the boundaries of his rating TV 12. There was infinite abusive, emotional manipulation, all-way. I think it's fair to say that the series was ahead of its time, as far as family sites in the 2000s. It is no coincidence that Brian Cranston tightened much of his acting chops on this show before getting The role of all life in Vince Gilligan's "Breaking Bad" as Walter White. In fact, thanks to Hull, the contrast between his comical and dramatic range seemed even more impressive.

So, as a longtime fan, I was ecstatic to learn not long ago that the series was getting a revival (or more like unification) almost 20 years after the show ended. Here's everything we know about it so far.

The whole appeal of revival, as we have seen with other series such as "X -Data", "Justified: City Premier" or "Arrested Development", is to return as much as possible than the original characters and members of the members. This is not always easy for many reasons (scheduling, retirement, unhappy deaths), but fortunately, most of the original "Malcolm in the middle" actors were actually thrilled and more importantly available to reproduce their roles for unification. Brian Cranston (who has so far become the busiest and most successful member of the show's cast) will happily return as the boy's father, Hull. He even shared his excitement in Interview with IndiaWiresaying:

"Watching the family was the best part. It has been 20 years since we bid farewell, and now we see the family and every person. All the boys were the same age, now that I was when I started 25 years ago. They have their own children. It is only great to see."

Frankie Muniz, who is now 39, also returns as a titular Malcolm along with his two original TV brothers, JustinAstin Berfield as Reese and Christopher Masterson as Francis. Eric after Sullivan, who played Davy, replaces Caleb Elsworth-ClarkWhile Jameimi (the youngest son of a family -born family 4) will show Anthony Timpano. (In the original show, Jameimi was played by the Jameseses and Lucas Rodriguez as a child.) At 69, Janeein Katzmarek will also repeat his role, fortunately, like the firm and the sharp rubber Lois.

Newcomers will include Kiana Madeira (the "Fear Street" trilogy) as Malcolm's girlfriend, Tristan, Nogan Mura ("I like the movies") such as Kelly, the latest addition to Wilkersons and Kili Karsten ("Fabelmans") as Leah, Leah, Leah, Malcolm, Malcolm.

Disappointed as Malcolm's fans in the middle are no doubt that Eric Per Sullivan refused to appear as Davy in the rebirth, the reasons for his refusal are quite understandable. After all, Per Sullivan is practically done with acting from the show ended in 2006. After the series, he starred in the Indy Indi-Radar, titled "Mo", and later played a small role in Crimeoel Schumacher's average drama, "Twelve". However, since 2010, he has not added any acting loans to his name. Hence, it is no surprise that he refused to return for the rebirth despite the fact that most of his former co-stars have nurtured the opportunity to return.

Fortunately, according to Sullivan's television mother, Janeein Katzmarek, there was nothing but good things to say about him during Interview with Malconm Francestating:

"He's very good. He made Malcolm for seven years. He started at seven, he ended up at 14 years. He was not interested in acting.

She also noted that she actually admires Sullivan for making a choice after realizing that the show's business is not for him and taking a very different kind of life. "I think he is a very grateful child," she added.

To clarify, the unknown rebirth of "Malcolm in the middle" will not be a classic restart, but a sequel that takes place two decades after the end of the OG series. It will really be unification for Malcolm fans just like the actors learn what has been agreed by their characters because they have become adults and have continued to have life alone by leaving the family home. What is really exciting about this is that we only once knew Malcolm and his brothers and sisters (except Francis) as children and teenagers during the seven seasons we spent we watched from 2000 to 2006. Now, we have actually got a chance to see how everyone turned out to be adults and whether they retained most of the personality characteristics, quires and the characteristics of the trading card they had as children. Of course, we will have to witness how Hull and Lois are treated now, after becoming grandparents and retirees themselves.

Much of the details of the plot are kept under the wrappers, but so far we know that the premise will revolve around the 40th anniversary of Hull and Lois's wedding (through the variety). The couple throws great fun and, usually, they require the presence of their offspring, especially Malcolm and his girlfriend (who are quickly suited into the chaos that turns this event). Personally, I can't wait to figure out how much the funny things are between Wilkerson this time around.

The creator of the series Linwood Bummer didn't do much work from Malcolm - he was the producer of the "Mindy Project", a 2009 TV film wrote that no one has heard, and appeared in a small role in "Santa Clarita Diet" - but he is completely back to the head as a writer and executive producer. This is great news for the fans, and honestly, it's wonderful to see how excited the original members of the cast are to work with a boomer again. It is just the right thing to do when it comes to such a beloved and especially show as "Malcolm".

The rebirth will be a limited series consisting of four episodes that will flow to Disney+ at some point in 2025 (an official premiere date has not yet been released). Ken Quapia - who used the "walk in the forest", along with 13 episodes of the American "Office" - will direct all episodes, while Brian Cranston, Tracy Kutchat, Gale Berman, Arnon Milcan and Natalie Lehmann serve as executive producers.

Fortunately, we probably won't have to wait too long to see what the boom is cooking because the shooting officially wrapped In mid -May 2025. Well, let's hope we have fun and good time looking at the final result as they did.
