Reports claim that even though Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are yet to divorce, they have decided to keep their relationship cordial for the sake of their children.

The former Hollywood power couple reunited over lunch
According to Daily MailLopez and Affleck met for lunch at the members-only Soho House in West Hollywood on Sunday.
The "Jenny From The Block" singer donned a cozy oversized cardigan and baggy blue jeans for the date and reportedly exchanged gifts with the "Argo" actor despite filing for divorce from him in August.
On the same day, Affleck was also spotted picking up his son from his ex-wife Jennifer Garner's $7.8 million four-bedroom home in Brentwood Park.
This comes after a source said Page Six last week that the exes "have every intention of continuing to be in each other's lives despite not being romantically involved."
The insider added, "Ben and Jennifer are still connected and communicating when it comes to their kids."

Jennifer Lopez went Christmas shopping
Lopez went holiday shopping with her family on Saturday as Christmas approaches. According to news, she was seen walking down Rodeo Drive in LA with her team and son Emme.
The "Hustlers" actress wore a plunging tank top and faded jeans and added a touch of holiday flair with a stylish snow-white coat. She styled her hair in a high bun and wore designer sunglasses to protect her eyes.
She has previously spoken about how the holiday season is her busiest, but noted that this time she will try to keep her "routine consistent" and indulge in "pampering".

The singer is excited for Christmas
The "Let's Get Loud" singer shared that she is looking forward to the holiday season because it gives her a chance to "relax and have fun and make new memories" with her family.
"It's been a pretty intense year for me and I'm most looking forward to spending time with my kids and family coming from the East Coast," Lopez said, per People Magazine. "The holidays are such a special time for us and always have been since I was little. And I really look forward to times when I can be with my sisters and just relax and have fun and make new memories."
She added that the holidays allow her to "slow down" and "enjoy" with her loved ones.

"We don't see each other all year, so we kind of catch up on what everyone's doing and what life is like. It's just a beautiful time. I'm really enjoying it," she said.

Lopez also talked about how she likes to make time for her skin care and health routine "whether it's a little affirmation or a little mindful breathing meditation for a few minutes in the morning."
After going through a rough year due to her divorce from Affleck, she also mentioned that she hopes to maintain balance and grow for her New Year's resolution.
"I think a lot of it is about a deeper connection with myself and God," Lopez said, adding, "examining ourselves so we can be great for everyone we love around us."
She continued: "I'm also aiming to push my boundaries creatively and see where that takes me, whether it's through acting or music or producing or expanding JLo Beauty. I want to continue to challenge myself to evolve and try new things while to be true to who I am and to those I love."

The singer opened up about overcoming 'difficulties' in the midst of her divorce
In a recent interview with British Voguethe "Ain't Your Mama" singer discussed her formula for overcoming "hardships," after experiencing a tough 2024.
"I think the way I get over things is not by thinking that they're happening to me, but that they're happening to me and what's the lesson to be learned at this point," Lopez told the news outlet. "When I think about things that way and stay in a kind of more positive mindset about it, it's easier to accept it for the lesson it is."
"Because that's really what our difficulties in life are," she continued. "What am I supposed to learn here?"
She further added that "there are no coincidences", because things do not happen "randomly" but for a "reason".
