I had to reach out because it was on my mind, and Something I've thought about for years. What could have been and how much fun things could have been/could have been,'" she read. Rachel explained that she thought the contestant was thinking about how she "missed the whole experience" of the show.

"I'm like, 'You didn't give me a shot and so I'm not going to give you a shot now,'" he said. "But you know what, we could have been something."

Rachel explained that the former suitor, who follows her on Instagram, "chose to go home" at 2 weeks even though she "wanted him there."

"I'm sorry to read this, but you got me," Rachel told the cohost Former Bachelorette Trista Sutter. "It's crazy."

Reminiscing about her time as chief alongside Gabby, 33, Rachel explained that the contestants were split between the two women.

"Boys, from what I gathered, didn't know that once you didn't get a rose from one, you didn't get one from the other," Rachel said. "So, a guy said 'no' to my rose because he thought he could get Gabby's, which, fair enough, and then it just rolled."

Rachel called the rose ceremony the "most humiliating night" of her life. "Your confidence is already in 'Do these guys like me?' I am very nervous, I am doing this for the first time,” he said. "To have people be like, 'I'd rather go home than date you,' ... it was terrible."

From Rachel's point of view, men "really want power." He added, “They're so used to being the follower and when it's in our hands, I think it takes away their masculinity. When they think, 'Oh, I'm not your front runner, I'm just leaving because I don't want you to reject me,'"
