Fans of "The Secret Lives of Mormon Women"I know one particular star has been absent from social media for the past few weeks. Jen Affleck she broke her silence at the beginning of December with an Instagram Story in which she announced on all social networks why she was MIA, but then she went silent again.

Now a few weeks later, Affleck shared another story on Instagram letting fans know he's still out there, despite his lack of social media action.

One of the MomToks has not been active on any social media platform for months. This worries some fans who think that Affleck may not be a part of the second season of "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" and others are concerned that she is dealing with a divorce or other relationship issues with her husband, Zac Affleck.

While she's never come out to say what's going on with her and the show, she's shared some reassurance that she's doing well via Instagram Stories.

She first broke her silence in early December when she posted: "Hey guys. It's been a while. I've been focusing on my physical and mental health, which is why I've taken a step back from social media. Thank you to everyone who has shown me so much love and support this year. support, whether it's through a text or a simple hug, has really helped me heal in so many ways.

Affleck disappeared from social media right after her last Instagram Story, but now a few weeks later, she's shared another glimpse of what's going on with her.

"Choosing to disconnect from social media was one of the best things I've done for my mental health," she wrote in an Instagram Story posted Saturday night. “I can't lie - these months have been some of the hardest I've faced, but they've also helped me clarify myself, my relationships and the mother and friend I want to be.

Aside from an IG Story shared in early December, the last time Affleck appeared on social media was on the 31st. TikTok and November 6 Instagram.

Many fans of the show are curious to know if Affleck is filming episodes for the second season, which will be released in the spring of 2025 on Hulu.

TikTok creator Stephanie Tleiji, who goes by @stephwithdadeets in the app, shared some insight into that burning question.

"Is Jen Affleck Still a Part of 'The Secret Lives of Mormon Women'?" Tleiji started her video. “Let me explain why I'm asking this question right now. Earlier this week, we know that Taylor and Layla went to New York. Now we know they went to New York for 24 hours to film with McCoBeauty, and they weren't alone with the Secret Lives of Mormon Women crew."

Tleiji said many people have commented on her posts about seeing Affleck in New York recently. It was around this time that Affleck broke her social media silence in early December. She said people have been saying they saw Affleck in New York and now it seems "true" because of her stories.

"Jen posted a few posts on her Story today for the first time in a while, and although she said 'even though life has been challenging, it's made me appreciate the many blessings God has given me,'" Tleiji said. “She went on to say: 'It was a struggle to get out of bed most days, but this week was the first time in a while that I felt like myself again.

Tleiji went on to share more about what Affleck has been up to.

"And here it is! She says, 'I had the opportunity to work with McOBeauty this week, and I can't express how grateful I am. They made me feel absolutely beautiful,'" Tleiji shared. "I'm going to take a guess and say she did the same campaign as Layla and Taylor Frankie Paul."

On November 12, Layla unfollowed Affleck, as did Jessi and Demi.

"I checked today, I literally just took this screenshot, Layla came back to follow Jen, but Demi and Jessi didn't," Tleiji continued. "It would make sense if they all worked together on this project for MCoBeauty, they followed each other again."

Tleiji then asked if Affleck was still filming the second season of the hit reality show. The answer remains to be seen.

The first season of "The Secret Lives of Mormon Women" was released on Hulu in early September. It didn't take long for it to gain massive popularity and has fans clamoring for a second season.

The show is currently filming Season 2, but there has been a lot of confusion about which MomTok moms are returning for Season 2. It looks like we'll all have to wait until the new episodes are released on Hulu in the spring of 2025 to find out what happens and who signed up for season two.

Season 1 of "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" is currently streaming on Hulu and will be part of ABC's winter programming lineup on Monday nights at 10:00 PM ET beginning January 27th.
