Following are spoilers for "Mission: Impossible - the last count".
Ethan Hunt should trust the last time as a "mission: impossible - the last count" flies in cinemas, signaling the potential end of the impossible mission. Once again, Tom Cruise and director Christopher McCari get all the stops and the results are ... a little disappointing (You can read my review here).

I'm a big fan of this franchise, so I'm always ready to watch Tom Cruise risk his life in the name of fun. But the "last count" is a slightly mixed bag. Of course, there are a few amazing stunts (the grand finale, where cruising hangs from a bipplan, descends to the jaw), but the film is difficult to exhibit and feedback to previous films.
One of the biggest feedback involves the return of the character we have not seen since the first movie "Mission: Impossible" released in 1996. And, although I'm not sure anyone expected to see this character again, I have to admit that the bow and the closure he gave in the "final calculation" make him a surprising emotional and rewarding experience. Of course, I am talking William DonloAn extremely unhappy CIA analyst, who had his life seemingly destroyed by Ethan Hunt's machinations.

William Donlo seemingly had his life destroyed by Ethan Hunt in the first mission: impossible movie
In "Mission: Impossible", Ethan is within the framework of the killing of almost all of his team. Desperate to clear his name, Ethan is in a turning pattern that includes a plan to break into the CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia and steal the NOC list, which contains the names of the undercover agents.

The plan includes the most famous moment of that movie: Tom Cruise hangs from the ceiling through wires, quietly trying to steal a disc. As you can expect, the CIA headquarters is not an easy feat, and part of the plan involves poisoning with an analyst named William Donlo, played by Rolf Saxon and using his credentials to get entry.
After all, Ethan, working with a new team, pulls Heist. As for the poor William Donlo, he ends up expelling his problems. In an attempt to keep the breakthrough in secret, IMF's head Eugene Kittridge (Henry Cerno) orders Donlo to be sent. "I want him to manage a radar tower in Alaska by the end of the day; he just sent his clothes," Kitridge said, and that's the last we see Donlo ... until he returns for "the last calculation".

Donlo does not hold out when he returns to the last count
In "The Final Calculation", we learn that William Donlo has really been sent to Alaska. Or, more precisely, he lives in a surprisingly cozy cabin on the island of St. Matthew, a real place in the Bering Sea near Alaska. Donlo has grown for a beautiful beard, and is also happily married to a local woman named Tesesa, played by Lucy Tulugarjuk.

Donlo ends up to get into the latest mission, and this eventually carries face to face with Ethan Hunt. The characters have never met before, but they are both aware of each other. And Ethan, as a stand-up man, offers Donlo and apologies for the whole thing "that destroys his life". But as it turns out, Donlo does not hold out. In fact, he is grateful. Being expelled to St. Matthew's island was the best thing that ever happened to Nervus William Donlo - he found the right Loveubeus!
Donlo even must have a heroic moment. During the climate of the heart of the film, Donlo, Tesesa and Agent Degas (Greg Tarzan Davis), who recently joined Ethan's team, set his heads together to stop a nuclear bomb. They don't "disarm" it - the bomb is still shut down. But thanks to Donllo's quick thinking, the damage is not as bad as it can be, and Donlo, Tesessa and Dega all survive.

While I don't think the franchise necessary To solve the story of Donlo in this way, it is a refreshing Kindubezsen, and even a sweet conclusion about the story of William Donlo. Of course, he was expelled to a remote island, but everything for Inuubi and eventually had to be a hero, so it all worked. Way to go, William Donlo!
