Starting in 1962, 26 years before Andy Mushietti's story, "IT - Welcome to Deri" will see another era of unhappy souls caught in the penichand and the horrors falling as a result. What is worth noting is that this particular point of time has already been highlighted by the legendary loser librarian, Mike Hanlon (played in "Part One" of the chosen Jaceces and then Isaiah Mustafa in "Part Two") during his investigation into the history of the creature. What is interesting about this particular event is that in the book, one person who managed to avoid the fire was Will Hanlon, Mike's father.
