This post contains large spoilers for Marvel's Thunvel.
"Thunderbolts*" is now in the cinema, putting Stage 5 of Marvel's film universe in the mirror. However, it was not without its own victims, although MCU has a difficult time to devote to death (just look at How many times Loki of Tom Hiddleston died just to get back once again.

The spoilers lie forward, anyone who has not seen the film will make good return now. Warned you.
As many assumed, Olga Kurlenko's Taskmaster died very early in contributing to director Akeejk Schreer in MCC. This was strongly predicted when Trailers for "Thunderbolts*" are barely shown on all scenes with Taskmaster in general. What is particularly wild is that death is very sudden, cold, fast and only one species happens. The film moves without Kurilenko Antonia Drejkov.
Some may have thought that Taskmaster would die and provide some emotional resonance or that death would at least be of some meaning. "Thunderbolts*" can keep in mind, but the death of this character is essentially meaningless. She only gets moments on the screen and shot in the spirit of the spirit (Jana Johnon-Kamen) during the first fighting scene in the warehouse, as Valentina Allegra De Fontaine (Iaululia Louis-Dreyfus) was trying to clear her false ends.

Taskmaster is the only one to die, with Ghost, Jelena Belova (Florence Pug), Johnon Walker (Wyatt Russell) and Bob (Louis Pullman) just moving further, though Jelena has a brief conversation about her later in the film. Even so, it seems that the spirit does not feel very bad about Killin Ger, and that was it. Honestly it's pretty tricky. Whether it was the right move to do is a matter of personal opinion, but it is certainly unusual for MCU.
Someone had to die in thunder*, and Taskmaster attracted a short straw
Although it was not an apple situation to apples, for all intentions and purposes, Gunm*was essentially Marvel's response to DC's Suicide Squad, dates back to the 1997 comic book appearance. It is a team of bad guys/antiheroes, for the most part. This is not the "avengers". There are bad people - or at least people who are ready to work in gray - to gather to do something good. Not the norm for them. These people were killers, so some killings had to happen.

For this film even to live up to their name, someone had to die. Taskmaster only drew short straw in that regard. Even anyone who was killed by Senttri/gap In the third act he was returned by the living team members, as a fast version of Yorkyor's dust on Tanos. Taskmaster wasn't that luck. As for why she had to be her? It's something that directors should be measured, but for what is worth, Taskmaster was not a very beloved villain when he made his debut in the Black Widow.
This brings a frivolous end to Kurlenko's time in MCC. Several fans did not dig the image in "Black Widow", and there was no ransom (heck, barely time on the screen) in this film. What's worse is that Kurilenko didn't even seem to do so much in the "black widow".

"I would like to say it was everything throughout the period," the actress Said in an interview with /film in 2021, about her turnaround in "Black Widow" as a Taskmaster. "Unfortunately, it's not the truth, because Taskmaster has many, very complicated fight scenes and some amazing skills I couldn't do, and I had to call me a trick. But yes, believe me, would I want to do it? I would say yes."
Meanwhile, almost all of the others from This film will return to next year "Avengers: Doomsday", Which makes a lot of sense given the end. Unfortunately, Taskmaster was blown up in Stomorenes and will not participate in anything. Pour one.
"Thunderbolts*" is now in cinemas.
