Canada: Expats worried as Quebec freezes immigration programs

In Canada, the provincial government of Quebec has just announced, without prior warning, a freeze on permanent immigration. The opposition is denouncing a "lack of planning", while immigrant rights organizations accuse the authorities of causing thousands of qualified migrants to pay the price for a lack of political foresight. FRANCE 24's Francois Rihouay and Joanne Profeta report, with Fraser Jackson.
