Andor Season 2 makes it one of the darkest legends of starvins warfare in brutal canon

Andor builds the horrors of the Galactic Empire as any other part of the "Starwalks War", Focusing on the crimes they do - but not the obvious, such as planets blown. Instead, the show is for all quieter crimes, smaller examples of villains that slowly forced people to get used to oppression of the empire. It's like Alex Lotter's mute, once said: "The pace of oppression exceeds our ability to understand it, and that is the real trick of the imperial thought machine. It is easier to hide behind 40 crimes than an incident." We should not see that stormtroopers destroying the whole people or Vuky are massey slaves when working as an increase in prison sentences for no reason already show the way the Empire oppresses people day by day.

Season 2, however, seems to build on explicit crimes. The first episode of the season has already introduced us to The worst office meeting in TV's recent history With the Orson Crnnick of Ben Mendelson peacefully and rational planning of extinction of the population of the entire planet before lunch. It is a gorman conspiracy this season, no doubt, the darkest, most difficult, worst conspiracy in the "Starwells War" and the one that familiar Fans of the "Starwells War" are familiar.

In the second series of Andor's episodes in season 2, we learn about the Gurman massacre - and that's not what you would expect. It turns out, "Andor" makes Gurman a key piece of the history of the Galaxy "Starwells War" and to do so, Tony Gilroy and his team are making a huge event from The abandoned expanded universe in the current canon.

In the expanded universe, now known as the legends, the Gurman massacre occurred just a few years after the beginning of the imperial era. The event was first introduced in the "source of Rebel Alliance Alliance" for the 1990 "Starwells" game. It is so important that it directly led to the formation of the "rebel" alliance. In the legends, the former 2000 -member delegation such as Senator Bale Organ and Mont Motma were inspired by the heinous massacre to start an outdoor uprising against the empire. Gurman's massacre has become the only largest capsulation of the cruelty and evil of the empire, and the only biggest inspiration to fight it until the destruction of Princess Leia's domestic planet on Alderaan nearly 20 years later.

That Tony Gilroy includes the legend version of the Gomor Massacre in season 2 "Andr" as well as Building the version of events of "Starwalks War" He talks about Andor's brilliant genius and connects the different sides of the "Starwells War" together, seamlessly inserting canonical events and material for legends.

To quote the Nemik manifesto, "the day will come when all these shootings and battles, these moments of defiance, will flood the shores of the empire's authority and then there will be too much. One thing will break the siege." That only thing is the Gomann massacre, held on a planet that has already suffered much under the trunk of the empire and will inspire the whole galaxy to rise and fight evil.
