Andor builds the horrors of the Galactic Empire as any other part of the "Starwalks War", Focusing on the crimes they do - but not the obvious, such as planets blown. Instead, the show is for all quieter crimes, smaller examples of villains that slowly forced people to get used to oppression of the empire. It's like Alex Lotter's mute, once said: "The pace of oppression exceeds our ability to understand it, and that is the real trick of the imperial thought machine. It is easier to hide behind 40 crimes than an incident."
