In the premiere of Season 2, "Future Days", we see the typically silent ELOEL Miller (Pedro Pascal) go to Gail's house, just to learn something a lot Surprisingly: ELOEL requires gale treatment while working through some mental health problems. According to O'Hara, Mazin and Drakman Gave also gave the passage room as performers ... and scheduled all day for ELOEL therapy session. As O'Hara said Fun weekly:
"It was intense. It takes a lot of (movie) coverage. Craig was very clear. He really knows what he is doing and what he wants to happen. So, you go there to someone's show and you have to give up. I am each other. Well, I just put myself in my hands and he led me, and just gave me gentle, but clear notes all day with a sense of humor. Of course, Pedro was really fun to spend the day with, and then very intense to the end where he defended his life for some reason. It was kind of scary because you want to do a good job, accompanying someone's great show like that. I wanted to get up on the occasion. "

Catherine O'Hara is a comical heavyweight category - and the last of us denotes a very different role for her
Anyone who even goes familiar with Catherine O'Hara's work knows it, easy to say, she is not known for dramatic roles! This is not a knock on O'Hara, an overly talented actress who began her start on "Second City Television" and climbed to the classical guest comedies of Christopher as "waiting for Gufman" and "the best in show". What I say is that tone down, angry and greatly unimportant character like Gail (though, naturally, O'Hara perfectly used her few funny moments) is a new venture for the actress, whose last big television role was the wonderful absurd Mira Rose in the surprise Emmy.

So how did you get closer to the image of Gale? With its usual humor, surprising. "Imagine what it enters, it absorbs all day in that city," O'Hara said in a weekly interview. "It's too much for everyone." This explains the fact that ELOEL pays the session with (obviously low quality) weeds. "Boy, you had to survive somehow," O'Hara gave up.
As O'Hara said, she was pleasantly surprised when Craig Mazin got in touch with her and asked her to play this new character. "It's always surprising when someone just offers you a wonderful gift for a new opportunity," she missed. "They let me see some scripts very carefully. It's all very secret."
What is happening on the stage between Gale and Elloel?
Gale's stage in "Future Days" is quite important in that it exposes the fact that ELOEL, years after the events of the finals of season 1, He is still haunted by his decision to kill a group of rebel fireflies - and possibly prevents a cure for the Cordyceps that destroys the world - to save his surrogate daughter Eli (White Ramsey). Although he was apparently not Totally In advance with Gail, indicating that he does not know why there is such an important wedge between him and Eli, Elloel works through some serious things, and the typical private man turns to a therapist for help.

We also find out that there is a wedge between Gale and Elloel and for good reason. Gail may not be in the game, but I have already mentioned that her canonical husband Eugene is looking at photos in the game and is being discussed by other characters ... and in her stage with ELOEL, we learn that Eugene is dead. Gail, who drinks whiskey early during the day and during her session with Elloel, notes that it is her birthday - especially her first birthday without her husband for over four decades. Gale also reveals something stunning: Elloel killed Eugene. Why and how this happened has not yet been revealed, but hopefully, we will learn more about Eugene's death in the hands of ELOEL, as season 2 continues.
"The Last of Us" falls new episodes on Sunday at 9pm Est on HBO and MAX.
