Fortunately, the explosion could visit two dedicated gluten-free restaurants: Askat bakery and a mixing bar and restaurant.

Askat elevated burgers and fries in true enjoyment

Since the mix is not opened until 5 p.m., we pounded Askat's lunch bakery. While unfortunately, they signed the monster's cookies, we enjoyed the moist brownie and a slice of a bananian bread who just got out of Peja. While mainly served by baked goods, they had a special burger and french fries that offer for the weekly restaurant in Seattle.
Burger was Olsen Farm Patty (Vegan Mushroom Lentil Patty is also available for vegans) served with salad, tomato and ketchup. Vegan cheese from bacon and home come at an additional price. The burger, which was perfectly cooked, served in the mylusions of TEFF buns next to the sweet potato fries that are served with various spices, including peppers and oregano.

It was delicious and absolutely worth returning. Although they will probably disappear from the menu after Seattle Restaurante Weeken, we hope that they received enough positive feedback to keep it on the menu as a full allowance.

A-You must offer a MENU TRIA and the fullness of the course

You could travel to mixing and enjoying choosing their regular menu, but the restaurant presented two tasting menu with a prepaid reservation during Seattle Restaurant Week.
While trying to make a true menu per person - came with classics such as salad from Kala Caesar, Fish and Chips, and the adventurous menu, gave some Mediterranean cuisine that is usually not offered in its full menu. Of course, we decided to go with me an adventurer. There were three options in each of the four choices for selection, so we chose two of each, resulting in sampling eight different dishes.

We first set off with baked and chilled shrimps and shaved fennel. Dukkah is a home mixture of nuts, flakes, mint, sesame, cumin and fennel. The dish also included Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette and spreading parmesan cheeses. We paired with Barbanja, which is a Turkish dish from Pinto Shore served with carrots, tomatoes, peppers, white onions, parsley and olive oil.
I actually finished dating shrimp in Barbunya, which basically was loose salsa mixed with carrots, bell peppers and ... Pinto beans. We told us the executive chef and ownership tone that the dish does not seem popular among guests, which might have accelerated from the name. This was a surprise, but if you add "salsa" in the name and throw into some crispy tortilla chips, I don't think anyone would object. They also serve a delicious bageette slice with her lobster bisque, who would go well here.

The second course pointed out a seasonal vegetable

The second course was made of baked brussels served with Vegan white onions Aioli, Piquillo Bieber and a Shalot Stupid. This was a spaster on the menu and the one I've always wanted to try.
I didn't know what to expect, but I was surprised as much as I liked the shell.

Cauliflower Au Greatin was covered with a bell with a pepper, crispy rice with a counterpart and a sourdle. I was a little disappointed crispy rice pank, because it seems to be much, if there are, on the bowl, but who can reject the cauliflower covered with hot cheese? The only other option on this menu was a fried white cheddar cheese cheese serving with an apple oil. I would get it, but as we had two times before, we decided to try something new.
On the return trip, we will definitely revise fried cheese again, and maybe the cauliflower au gratin. It became so popular that it was actually added to me as a main course.
We have been warned of Lasagn fungi

The third course contained a mixed kebab with a barbecue containing marinated chicken scaffolding, beef and lambs, a piece of bibb lettuce, tzatzika and olive tapenade. The olive tapenada was past my level of tolerance, and the chicken scan was a bit covered, but it wasn't really highlighting this car.
I expected / afraid of the moment we made on wild mushroom lasagna, since we ordered. The menu said he contained Radicchio, Vegan Bechamel and Vegan cheeses, and we were fine with it. But when the waiter took the order, they asked us how famous we were with vegan cheeses and warned that a lot of customers did not like to eat, which does not appear on the regular menu.

We decided to risk and order him anyway, and I can tell you, we didn't get lasagna. Instead, lasagna-esque noodles seemed to float in brown nut with some mushrooms. At the top there was some melted Cheddar cheese, but this was not a lasagna. Also didn't look anything like the image in the menu, which leads us to wonder what we Jesio Come on.
But it was a meal and total, it wasn't too bad. It was certainly not as bad as I expected, given the warning. I especially liked the sauce and I found to thick the chicken in the instead of tzatziki.

You can never go wrong with a demor

The last night of the night was, of course, dessert. I decided to try a chocolate beet cake, who made the look on their special Christmas and Valentine menus, but there was no something I ever tried to try. Chocolate beet cake contains espresso frosting, mascarpone cream and pomegranate aril.
I wanted to like it much more than I do. I felt that chocolate was a little bitter. I liked the Fudge layer, but the cake on the bottom was thick and a little dry. The second dish we tried was a cake of a apricot-orange that came with the vanilla ice cream, stressed with the Aleppo pepper drizza honey. We tried the cake on several other occasions and agreed that it was less humid than other cakes in the past (the restaurant was packed at this time, so they may have been a little interfered in the kitchen). Otherwise, when you have a dry dessert, ice cream always helps!

Looking in advance until next year, we can't wait to see what culinary creations mix and ascat meaning, although we hope the hamburger and fries return to me!
