Mauricio Umanskysoon-to-be ex-husband of the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star. Kyle Richardswas seen kissing a blonde woman in Aspen, Colorado on Tuesday night.

Umanski and Richards own a vacation home in Aspen, but the 54-year-old realtor was seen leaving a local sushi restaurant as he cuddled up to the young blonde. Umansky and the "RHOBH" star separated back in 2023, but have yet to divorce.

The young woman is reportedly an Instagram model.

Rumors of Mauricio Umansky cheating on his wife have been the talk of "RHOBH" since the show debuted in 2010 on Bravo. According to PEOPLEthe couple married in 1996 and have four daughters. Richards admitted that the couple separated after she lost his trust following an unknown incident and was unable to win it back.

However, the couple announced their divorce in July 2023 Umansky they didn't move out of their Encino home until May 2024. Richards and Umansky admitted they had a rough year as a couple.

“All claims of a divorce are false,” the couple told PEOPLE. "However, yes, we have had a difficult year. The most challenging of our marriage."

Amid the fallout from the couple's split announcement, Umansky appeared on "Dancing with the Stars," and his wife was on hand to watch him compete. However, she was displeased when a picture of the real estate mogul emerged holding hands with his dance partner, Emma Slaterwent viral after the duo dined at a restaurant in Los Angeles.

Umansky later claimed that he and Slater were not dating and accused the paparazzi of creating a "moment of surprise," according to Page Six.

“When we got out of dinner we were recapping and I reached out to grab Emma's hand and she grabbed my hand and we, you know, went to the car just recapping and recapping and then the paparazzi caught that moment. It became an incredible moment.”

According to TMJUmansky and the Instagram model, aka Klaudia K, were seen together earlier in the day shopping in Aspen. The couple was reportedly visiting Kebo Sabe, a high-end country-western store in the snowy city.

However, Umanski was recently linked with model Nikita Kahn. Last summer, the duo were seen getting romantic on the beaches of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

The two were also seen canoeing in Greece. However, it seemed that Umanski had moved on to another young blonde to hook up with, judging by the photos from Aspen.

The show featured the CEO and his daughters, Farrah Aldjufrie and Alexias Umansky, as they sold luxury properties in Los Angeles. Richards appeared on the show and gave some insight into the couple's split.

"It's hard as a parent trying to find the balance of being honest with you and not overdoing it," she said. "Some things are private between (Mauricio and I). It's simple. So I'm sorry if you feel like I haven't shared enough, but that's why."

The agency is now an international real estate company. However, "Buying Beverly Hills" only aired for two seasons before Netflix canceled it in August.

As The Blast As previously reported, Umansky upset Richards when he replaced a picture of the couple in his home office with a picture of himself and his "Dancing with the Stars" co-star Emma Slater.

Richards' colleague, Sutton Strackerevealed Kyle's displeasure over the photo swap during an episode of "RHOBH" in Season 14.

"I mean, at that point, for me, I'm like, 'Bye, Mauricio.' But I don't think Kyle did that," Stracke said. "I just think she was hurt and a little hopeful. Hurt and hopeful."

Stracke also urged her "RHOBH" co-star to file for divorce from the real estate mogul sooner rather than later.
