The head of the Russian army's chemical weapons division was killed Tuesday in a brazen attack in Moscow that Kyiv reportedly said, the most senior military figure to be killed in Russia so far as the campaign of -Kremlin in Ukraine continues. Melinda Haring, adviser at Razom for Ukraine and non-resident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council's Eurasia Center, says the assassination in Moscow was a 'shocking embarrassment' for the Kremlin.
