Every actor makes a nonsense movie every once in a while, but the mass flop should still hurt even if you are a spicy artist like Sylvester Stallone. The creator and starvet of Rocky franchise and Rambo himself unfortunately has a fair share of boxing boxing on his name, but nothing is as critical as his thriller for action in 2024 "armor". The film, written by newcomers, Corey Todd Hughes and Adrian Speckert and has been headed by director "If I was a dictator", JustinAastin Ruth, has a rotten rating of tomato critics of 0%, with all 25 critics who looked at him. Stallone knows a few things about the apostles in the late career as well as his unhappy "Rambo: Last Blood" but a second life found on Netflix. Is it possible for the "armor" to finish a loved one with an audience streaming as a kind of "so bad, is it a good" weirdness? Maybe. So far, it's just a kind of disaster.
At least Stallone is not alone and is in some pretty good company with other stars that have 0% grades, including Halle Barry for her extremely forgotten shark thriller "Dark Tide" and Nicholas Cage for The drama of the Christian apocalypse "left behind". But what about the "armor" is so scary that no critic can give his approval? Let's look.
Critics say the armor has a convoluted script and average execution
"Armor" is for truck clerk Jameseims Brody (Asoneyson Patrick), who works with his son Cody (Oshosh Wiggins) when a group of thieves led by Ruck (Stallone) are trying to rob the vehicle while stuck on a bridge. It is a pretty idea for bare bones that can work with the right team and direction, but obviously nothing really gathers.
According to Dennis Harvey's review of DiversityStallone is not particularly attractive villain and it seems that he does not enjoy playing a villain, which is a kind of prerequisite. The The more fun there is a villain, the more fun your movieOverall, which means "armor" is just not much fun. Harvey also points out some disadvantages to the conspiracy that appear in several other examinations, including the fact that no one calls the police and has no armored car seeker despite its load of high value. He even compares it unfavorable to Final Films of Colleagues Action Starwar Bruce WillisCareer, noting that Stallone's performance feels and calls and no one seems to be invested in "armor".
The audience's assessment of "armor" is a little better, with 32% of audience views favorable for the film, but reading over 100+ users' views is an exercise in vulgarity, as many express their disappointment even in watching the film in general and spending money on renting costs. It's great that Stallone goes out of his comfort zone and not just falling Another terrible sequel "Expendables"But maybe he should be a small pickup with his roles.
