Steve Smith pulled off one of the greatest catches in the slip cordon to dismiss KL Rahul. In the 44th over, Nathan Lyon hit a delivery that spun outside the off-stump and Rahul tried to play a shot off the back foot. It was a thick edge from Rahul and it seemed destined to race past first slip.
