Cobra Kai may have reached its last round, but that didn't stop the show from inviting some impressive guest stars for the latest pressure. In the final third of the season 6, Daniel (Ralph McCio) and Amanda Laruso (Courtney Henggeller) are concerned about their dear Pal, Josen (Ezhesi). Because the boy is still injured for Kumiko and understandably confused about his feelings towards his former enemy, Kim Da-Eun (Alicia Jana-Kim), Daniel and Amanda hope to provide some deterrent by placing it on the date with Pal Winnie on Amanda. The two clearly make a non -complaining couple, but for fans hungry for nostalgia, it's a perfect fit, watching Winnie playing one of the stars of the main part of the 80s that is just as iconic as "karate kid" - namely "," namely " , namely "preserved by the Bellevon" Veteran Elizabeth Berkeley Lauren.

For four seasons of "Bellvoneca", Lauren played Essi Spano, a legendary member of the Beyside gang and a character who, in a particularly infamous season 2, developed caffeine pills. That story ended with the now heavily mixed moment in which Esses had a malfunction as he sang "I am so excited" by the sisters of Point, and even re -activated by Lauren herself during her time of "dancing with stars" years later. Another notable point in her career was her role in Paul Verhoven's erotic drama in 1995 "Showgirls", a film that initially met many criticism (Many of them were focused on Lauren, until Verhoven's disappointment) but has since become a cult classic. 25 years later, Lauren actually had to rethink the role of Esses in the "Saved from Bell" rebirth, and she has "Cobra Kai" to thank for it.

Today, it is not uncommon to revive older TV and film franchises, with "preserved by the bell", but one of the many examples. In fact, after the success of Cobra Kai, one of the original stars on the show, Mario Lopez, thought it would be worth giving the old attempt to the old Baiside. In an interview with 2020 GqLopez praised "Cobra Kai" when he debuted on YouTube (Before moving to Netflix in Season 3) For the winning formula the series was used. "It was such a smart, clever way, the way they mixed nostalgia and this updated version," praised Lopez, who played AC Slater on the "Bellevian" during his original time. "So (I said), if we can imitate that, then I'm down."

The rebirth "Saved by the Bellvon" saw Lopez repeat the role of Slater, who was now coaching high school, with Lauren also returned as Essesi (now a high school advisor in Beyside High). Unfortunately, the show didn't last until "Cobra Kai" and it was canceled after its second season. It seems that unlike Cobra Kai, the revival "Saved by the Bellvon" could not regain the magic of what happened before. (Also suffered from a particular lack of eagle Fang.) However, it is great to see Lauren adding extra nostalgia to "Cobra Kai", a show that has managed to get that balance of the old and the new proper.
