"Aliens against Avengers" #1 said that, when the Xenomorphs came to Kracoa, most of the mutants took the island's portal network to Mars (claims Mutants as the planet Arako). However, the apocalypse remained behind to keep the aliens; He would either prove himself harder than the horde or die by trying.
The edition #3 suggests that it may not be so simple; The wicked geneticist Mr. Sinister was also left behind at his Kracoan base, "Bar Sinister", and he was doing well. A wicked is a perverted F-Men villain scientist, most notorious about creating a clone of Jeanan Gray Madeleine Pryor.
The character really entered its own, however, under the pen of writer Kyron Gillen in the re-appearance of "Uncanny X-Men" in 2011. Gillen, the decision -making is the ultimate narcissist, showing him how to keep many clones of himself. Not only as spare bodies, but as a whole "malicious" communities.
The writers of "X-Men" in Kracoa's era (Hickman, Zeb Wells in "Hellians", and eventually again Gillen in "Immortal X-Men") ran with this and redefined the wicked as less dracula, a more villain to the relationship. He is an innate over-the-line character, so modern X-Men comics are written as a rupee to be a super-car. He balances the camp by being an absolute bastard worthy of his adopted name; He will return everyone, even himself, and will smile as he does.
Now, Bar Sinister is only home to Mr. Sinister Clones, who were naturally interested in the aliens to oppose Ash (Ian Holm).
The leading malicious declares that the Xenomorphs are the ultimate manifestation of his goals; Killing machines that Also Save the DNA to their victims. (Remember, the face of the face needs a host to implant an egg for gestation.) Sinstar has long been obsessed with catalyzing mutant DNA and it holds several x-men captured.
Then some "visitors" (of course engineers) pop. Will they have patience for malicious, or is he over their heads playing with the fire of the gods?
"Aliens Against Avengers" #3 is scheduled for print and digital edition on February 19, 2025.
