Who is your favorite villain in Batman? Most will say the Socker, some could say Catwoman or Bane, but there are also options. Did you know, however, it within Batman's expansive gallery It also lies Original Bat-man? Yes, Count Dracula appeared in three films in Batman - but you can only watch one of them.

This is not as out of pairs as it seems. Batman mostly struggles with other suits - from clown to cats, to Strashili, to discard the hosts of the quiz show - but some of the dark knight are cleansed. Barbatos is an enemy, Batman can only fight by preventing darkness in itself and inspiring hope through Gotham.

In the scared story "Sanctum" (published in "Legends of Dark Knight" #54), Batman falls through the grave and meets some of Gotham's spirits. Writer/artist Mike Mignola considers Sanctum crucial to his later creation of hellboyAnd in 2000 he returned to put Batman in a story right away from Lovecraft: "Gotham's condemnation." Decades before that comic book, however, two very different directors placed Dracula against Batman: Andy Warhol and Philippine director Leodi M. Diaz.

The 1960s were a high point of BAT-Mania, thanks to the Batman television series starring Adam West and Burt Ward. That excitement made Batman at the cinema, and Warner Bros.. Even floating a Batman and Godzilla crossover movie. Somehow, Warner's Bros. didn't think about pairing Batman with Dracula, much more natural, so fans had to fill.

Andy Warhol, one of the defined pop artists since the 1960s, was reportedly a fan of Batman. This is not surprising; Superheroic comics of the 1960s fit perfectly into the aesthetic pop art, especially sometimes Batman and Superman's surreal stories. There is no good luck for the other Batman/Dracula movie, which is considered completely lost (at least for now). Instead, Batman's commitment to justice won over Dracula. Like Warhol's film, this film was an unauthorized adaptation and it is not known that no footage survived. However, some photos and posters of "Batman fights with Dracula" have been restored.

Two completely independent directors who stumble on the same idea, only three years, is a testimony to a strong premise. So, in 2005, DC finally took the rhythm of an official film Batman against Dracula.

"Batman vs. Dracula" is set within the concurrent Batman cartoon, Batman in 2004. The film premiered between the second and third season of the cartoon, using the same designs of characters and voice actions, plus guest stars Peter Stormar as "Count" and "Tara Strong" like Vicky Valle. In a way, "Batman vs. Dracula" is an extended episode, but it is structured as an independent feature. You only need knowledge of Batman, not Batman, to enjoy it. It is also much more violent than the cartoon itself, with pictures of blood and horror film on the screen. (You can't do justice dracula on TV7.)

The movie is this: After Dracula was defeated in Transylvania decades before, his killers sent their body through the sea to Gotham. Dracula has been sleeping asleep for years, until the penguin (chasing a buried map of wealth) has not stumbled on his grave and accidentally revives him. Survivor Dracula hypnotizes the penguin in his servant, La Renfield in the original novel and prosecuting Vicky in the same way as Mina Harker ever did. (Dracula later turns the Soker into a vampire, so I guess Lucy does that?)

With the real Van Helsing probably a long dead, Batman must step up to beat Gotham's new threat. The film opposes Batman and Dracula, with the Vampire Lord himself seeing Batman as his self -named successor. "Don't flatter yourself," Batman reacts, but Dracula opposes, "we threw shadows with relatives." Even their character designs a mirror. Dracula's Cape falls around his shoulders and conceals him, but when he extends his hands, the cloak takes over the appearance of wings, in the same way as Cape on Batman. The two dress in black, but Dracula's Cape has red moments, opposing the blue tones of Batman's suit. Unlike Batman, however, Dracula can literally Fly, disappear in shadows and become a bat. To beat him, Bruce Wayne may have to get out of the dark.

Not Batman's biggest film, obviously, but "Batman against Dracula" lives up to his title as Roma, which is also packaged and very scared.
