This article contains spoilers For the "Season" Season 2, Episode 4, "Holow of Hard".
"North" is quickly becoming the best show in the game, at least when it comes to creating wild, but unusually credible fans' theories about the true nature of Lumon Industries and the troubles of her cut off employees. After the excursion of the previous episode to the wonderful named mammals that can climb the goats, Season 2, Episode 4, "Holow of Woe", adds much more gasoline in theory.
As Mark's Ini (Adam Scott's), Helly (Brit Dollen), Dylan (Zack Cherry) and Irving (Johnon Turturo) are found in a strange winter excursion in the natural reserve that are dripping with malicious Agan, Irwing is becoming more hostile to others and eventually is aimed at Heley. His violent and seemingly original threats to drown her eventually lead to the discovery that Helly, Helly, Jelena Egan, presented herself as her ines for unknown reasons. This is very strange in itself. However, Irving's suspicious and exponential angry behavior during the episode can be a sign of something even more likely, especially when you combine it with its nasty kind of accident. After all, he barely looks like the character that was when the show started.
Theory of this, if you allow: Irving B. It doesn't look like he himself because he's not, and it's not a long time. In fact, there is a reason to suspect that Irving has not actually been complete in the early episodes of Season 1, if even then. Instead, unknown to the viewer, he went through the process of Reintegration of Asal Regabi (Karen Aldridge). He may have even been reintegrated before the show began, maybe at the same time with Patty (Jul Vasquez). Does this seem unlikely to you? Let's look at the available evidence.
Separation has long been falling hints of Irving's reintegration
The reintegration process comes with some established side effects, as it joins the Indy and out. In the case of toe, these were deadly. Mark's alleged safer reintegration of Mark also has an unusual flash-side of his other mind, confirming that the couple's reality bleed each other with a certain delay.
As is the case, this is similar to what Irving has experienced since season 1, Episode 2, "Half Loop". Here, first we see his black hallucinations of the GUP, which seem to be linked to the dark images of his hazardousness, depicting the mysterious export hall of the cut off. If these are not signs of side effects of reintegration into the game, I do not know what they might be - and the deterioration of Irving visions and inadequate behavior in the Holou of the accident may indicate that the process is progressing.
The show smartly attributes much of Irving's pain to his pain due to the loss of Burte (Christopher Walken), but what if Irving's tragic romance with the former head of optics and design is masked what really happens? After all, there is a lot of reason to assume that Irving is a kind of boy who can contact a potential reintegration. Given the hostile nature and the determination of his abbey to keep Lumon's tabs, it makes sense that he will seek re -sites - and that he would agree to undergo her action. It would also make sense that if Irving reintegrated before Mark, the side effects would last longer and be more difficult, as regab was still developing the procedure. Does this really turn out (and whether the whole situation in Irving-Burt plays any role in this) remains to be seen ... But the thought is intriguing, right?
There is no way to know who is more in severance, and it rules
Irving visions and behavioral change are signs that this reintegration "theory is just one way of" season "season 2 can or may not undermine expectations and interfere with the mind of its spectators (and main characters). The biggest discovery in "Hollow's Hollow" is that "Helly" is actually as her Indji - which is a huge thing, especially since she also sleeps with Mark, whom she attracts her Indji. Combine this with Mark's own reintegration slowly beginsThe mysteries around the other departments and the new floor supervisor Miss Huang (Sarah Bok)And even the increase in Dylan Inni, a mandate with a lumin mandate with his life on his part, and it seems that "tightening" begins in brand new equipment.
While Mark is still on its way to full reintegration and it remains unclear where the other true and theorized mysteries mentioned above, Heley's revelation, signals that we have no real way to know which version of any character we see at any given moment more. This, of course, is wonderful. The mysteries of "Separation" can make TV's coldest mind, But it tends to progress when focusing on the concept of identity. Since its renewed season opening loans 2 have hinted strongly, the show has now decided to throw away the safe division of Ini-Outs into the wind, adding a welcome new layer in the show that wants nothing more than not to hit.
New Severance episodes fall Friday on Apple TV+.
